How to return items you don't want
When something turns out to be different than expected or just isn't quite what you want, it's easy to return items either by mail or in the nearest store. You can choose the way that best fits your schedule to make the return for items purchased through the store or website.
Use the app Download the DX Daily Store app, log in to get started and then follow the in-app links to begin the return process. Your receipt must be loaded into the app before you begin. You can do this whether you're at home on the sofa, in your office at work or in the parking lot getting ready to come into the store. Then, once you get in the store to drop off your return, scan the QR code in your smartphone when you get to the front of the line and hand the merchandise to the customer service associate and your return is complete.
Returning online purchases by mail If you need to return an item purchased through the store website, you have the option to return it by mail or in the store. To process the return by mail, get started by logging into your account through the website. Click on purchase history and then navigate to the item you want to mail back. Click ""start a return"" beside the item. This option lets you use your printer to print out a free return shipping label. Make sure your item is packed in the original packaging and that all the original accessories are packed with it, if there were any accessories. Attach the shipping label and mail the item back. When it's received, your refund will be processed, or a replacement will be sent out to you.
Non-app returns in the store If you would like to make an in-store return without using the app, that's easy, too. Make sure all the original packaging, accessories and materials are with the item. If you have the receipt, bring it along, too. If you don't have the receipt and purchased the item online, or received it as a gift, the purchase details can be brought up online by the customer service associate who helps you. Finally, take the item and all the packaging and information you have, either the receipt or an email address, to the customer service desk to have your refund processed. If no receipt or email information is available, the return may be processed at a recent sale price with the refund going on a store gift card.
Making a return to a Marketplace partner When you shop the website, you may notice many products are sold by Marketplace partners. The advantage of making these partners available is that you get a wider selection of products at budget-friendly prices.
By mail you can start a return by logging into your from your mobile or desktop, or by contacting Customer Care.
You can also return most Marketplace items to any DX Daily Store store. The item needs to be in its original shipping box/bag and packaged. Some exclusions apply.
There are no Restocking fees or Return shipping fees for most items; please refer to the Return Policy link on the item page for more details.
Haz-mat and freight items have special shipping requirements and the details must be arranged with the Marketplace partner.
