Hard to tell if it works
Based on my extensive research on-line, I purchased S2000 sealer for a concrete basement floor. The basement floor was power-washed prior to the S2000 application. I mixed the S2000 concentrate with water per the instructions, and sprayed it over about 500 sq. ft. I have mixed results. In some areas, the solution quickly soaked in, and in some areas, it puddled. I brushed these areas to prevent puddling. Yet, in all areas where it didn't quickly sink in, a gray powder residue formed. I am now vacuuming the basement with a shopvac to remove it. In some areas, it is pretty bad - a visible layer of gray dust is on the floor, even though I did my best trying to prevent the puddles from forming. But in the end, I don't know if it worked or I just vacuumed a $50/gallon dust. I am planning to make a moisture test with a plastic film and will post the results.

    easy to use
easy to use. just mix with water. i used a garden sprayer to apply i to my old concrete stairs. there was some confusion about how much water to dilute the product with (instruction says up to 4 gallons), i called their toll free number and talked with a technician and they recommended to mix with 3 gallons of water.

    As advertised!
This is one product that performs as advertised. We had a chalking or dusting problem with a newly replaced section of pool decking. Other products would have acted like a paint or waterproofer but Armor S2000 penatrates and bonds with the concrete, strengthening it. (the other products would have just adhered to the dust and eventually peeled or flaked off. and also being around a pool we did not want a slick coating.) After the initial application applied by the masons, which was easily applied with a pump sprayer, cut the dusting down by 75%. I applied a second coat myself and the dusting is gone. Long story short this is a great product that works as advertised.

    Great for dusting problems!
I had a concrete patio where I rent a townhouse and for years it sizzled when it got wet and seemed very brittle. Everytime we walked inside the door just taking out the trash we would bring a ton of sand in on our shoes. I contacted Foundation Armor after seeing a hit on Google when I searched for fixing dusty concrete. they recommended this product to try first before a sealer. it's been about 2 weeks and the dusting has almost disappeared which is amazing. I would definitely recommend this product. just a note I don't think my concrete was ever sealed and I don't think it was good quality so used alot more of the product than it said but I was ok with that. did two coats with a garden sprayer and basically did each coat to the point of total coverage seen.

    Great product
Used on the walls and floors prior to finishing my basement to prevent moisture and efflorescence. Easy to apply and I am happy with the results so far!

    Armor S2000
I sealed the basement floor and cement basement walls. The Armor S2000 works great. It eliminated the concrete dust on the floor. And it didn't change the appearance of the concrete. I could still be painted.
