Convenient, useful, and secure.
I liked that it was delivered to my home in a non-descript but sturdy envelope. I like how easy it was to begin using and how easy it is to create a pin for the debit card purchases. I like that the instructions clearly state to select "debit" and NOT Credit when using it to make purchases.

Dont bother
These cards rely 100% on walmart properly activating them before mailing off. They say that anything under $250 is automatically activated and over $250 is activated through an email. The entire point of these cards is convenience, hence the high fee. However, if walmart doesn't do their job then good luck getting your card activated in a convenient and timely manner. Never again will I waste my time and money on one of these.

    Don't buy this card.
    The cards I received in the mail are not activated! They do not work! I paid $200 for a worthless piece of plastic. Nice profit margin for WalMart, but a real loss for me.
