Great purchase, horrible delivery.
I am completely satisfied with this purchase. It's the delivery I have an issue with. FedEx was delivering it and was supposed to be delivered on 6/18.. It was a graduation gift.for my granddaughter who graduated on 6/21. Well she just got it today. This problem with FedEx has happened before.

The caed isa joke, I could not use it on line even after I called the 800 number to get instructions how to use on line. They didn'work and the site said I could use a gift card to do a purchase.

    Bad! Dont order giftcards from Walmart
    Bought gift cards and received them with no balance. I have called multiple times to get the run around. Poor service. Never again will I trust purchasing GC from walmart. Sad thing is they were for foster kid's birthdays

    Don't waste your money!
    Our card came used, and when we contacted customer support they gave us a new answer to our problem every time, they blamed it on us, said it wasn't scanned right, and a multitude, of other excuses, so we bought it from the store and had the same problem with 4 out the 5 cards we bought and activated, this card is just garbage, don't waste your money on a piece of cheap plastic!

    Easy to order online and was on time. I just can't seem to be able to get what I need to pick up in store today paid for and ready for pickup seems I have to order it and wait on it to be delivered in mail a few days but still good service. Thanks.

    card did not work
    Card was sent to granddaughter as a gift and did not work , after two chats with Walmart customer service issue was not resolved , eventually after a phone call I was emailed a gift card that could only be used at Walmart actually two cards were sent in error but I will only use one. emailed card could only be used at Walmart on line so was more restrictive. I would not recommend buying one of these gift cards

    I got the visa card for my Grand child for their birthday and ImGrand child for their birthday and Im probably going to do that for all the grandchildren for their birthdays because it makes a lot of sense
