Does NOT work with Apple Pay as advertised
It states that this is usable with apple Wallet and even had a big “Add to Wallet” button when it’s digitally delivered. However, when attempting to add it to my Apple Wallet, it says: “Your Issuer Does Not Yet Offer Support For This Card” and will not let me add it. Now I’m stuck with some card information in an email that I cannot use the way I had intended. I highly suggest avoiding this card.

    I purchased the eGift card but never worked, I get error messages whenever i want to check the details or balance of the card. I had to seek for refund which was the closest alternative the customer service could provide

    This is great if you need to purchase things online. You will not receive physical card but, it is in your email within ten minutes! I could not use on trip for uber though

    Dont buy its not worth the headaches
    It was hard to use it with my apps like venmo and cashapp and it would only work with certain cites. Called customer support only to get automated service with no option to talk to a representative

    This card is a hassle to use.
    This card was a hassle to use, I couldn't use it anywhere I wanted, kept getting declined, I ended up using it on Walmarts website which makes it pointless to buy in the first place .

    wish i could leave 0 stars vanilla are thieves cards always decline and then they lock them and you have to call in and set on hold an hour. dont buy use cashapp or anyone else.

    If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. Purchase their 3 egift cards, got the email for 2 and didn't get the other. Yet when I contact customer service they keep giving me the run around and all I asked is that if you say you have sent the email already as you have said, then just simple resent them agai so I can get it. Well..... still waiting as they have no intent to.

    WHAT A JOKE-NEVER AGAIN
    > am extremely unhappy! i bought this card for my mother. i ordered it online and everything went as it should. recieved email with card imfo (number, cvv, expiration date) so i sent it to her. BUT apparently it was mever activated threw walmart as it should have. it only says the card is on HOLD. its been 2 weeks. cannot use the card and they wont even talk to me about giving.me a refund. THE CARD HAS NEVER BEEN ACTIVATED AT ALL!!! WHAT A JOKE AND THEY TOOK MY $53 ONTOP OF IT!!!!

    will never purchase again
    the card was not able to be used. when trying to add it to apple pay (as it gives instructions and states that it can be done with this card) apple pay says that the issuer does not support apple pay. i cant use it for online purchases either because i keep getting message "unable to use please check card number, cvv or expiration date" and vanilla visa will not do anything to help correct the issue and actually hung up on me twice while i was explaining the issue

    I buy a card monthly for my son to use for food after basketball practice. The last card I purchased shows as invalid when I check the balance and is declined in stores. I have been contacting Walmart for days trying to get a refund, they send me to vanilla gift, then I’m sent back to Walmart.com since this is where I bought it from. I just want my money back or a replacement card but I’m getting the runaround. Why is it so hard for them to fix it. I usually have no issues with Walmart customer service but after this I won’t be buying another gift card through them.
