Very good sealer but take note.
Use in a very ventilated area, as the chemical emissions are very strong. Otherwise, very effective.

    Go for it! Yep! It's well worth the price!
    This product is more expensive for a reason...because it is twice as good as any other sealer. If you are looking for the best for your home ,or in my case my off grid Earthship with colored cement floors, this is for you. Do not bother to try the others. Go for the best. This is it! Also you support a small family owned business that cares for it's customers and is available with a simple phone call. Gloss is great. it really does look wet. It goes on easily Smells pretty darn good for a chemical. Fills and embraces the contrasting surfaces imperfections and brings out the best of your floors imperfections. I plan on keeping a gallon on hand for future touch ups...if it becomes necessary. These fine folks have a winner here...with no comparison.

    Wet Look patio!
    This was a great product for my patio, went on quick and brought out the color of my stamped concrete. Looks better than new and will definitely use Foundationarmor.com in the future. Thanks for the quick shipping it arrived ahead of schedule..
