Great product!
I bought this to seal a new concrete basement floor that was poured too wet. It did a great job of sealing the floor and I no longer have the dust problem I had prior. It didn't cover near as much as the bottle said but my floor must have been more porous than expected. I had to order an extra gallon.

I purchased S2000 densifier to seal the pores in the concrete basement floor of my 110 year old home
I purchased S2000 densifier to seal the pores in the concrete basement floor of my 110 year old home. We do not have active leaks, but have a general water vapor leaching issue coming up through the floor. The product was easy to apply - a little goes a very long way. I applied with a one gallon garden sprayer and evened out the application with a cloth mop. The densifier dried with a slight white haze in some spots, likely do to my imprecise application, but we plan to cover the floor so this is not a problem for us. I am sure with more precise application, the haze could be avoided. I will not know for some time if the product solved all of our water problems, but I have not seen signs of moisture in the month since application.

    As advertised!
This is one product that performs as advertised. We had a chalking or dusting problem with a newly replaced section of pool decking. Other products would have acted like a paint or waterproofer but Armor S2000 penatrates and bonds with the concrete, strengthening it. (the other products would have just adhered to the dust and eventually peeled or flaked off. and also being around a pool we did not want a slick coating.) After the initial application applied by the masons, which was easily applied with a pump sprayer, cut the dusting down by 75%. I applied a second coat myself and the dusting is gone. Long story short this is a great product that works as advertised.

We have a very high level of Radon in our unfinished basement.
We have a very high level of Radon in our unfinished basement. While we are doing everything the EPA suggests for mitigation, we're also adding Foundation Armor as an additional element in our approach, using it to limit the passage of vapor and gasses through both walls and floor. The cost is very reasonable and the application couldn't be easier. In the end, we won't be able to pin-point how much of the reduction of radon was due to the Foundation Armor, but we will most certainly know that we did everything possible to make our home a healthy place to live.

    easy to use
easy to use. just mix with water. i used a garden sprayer to apply i to my old concrete stairs. there was some confusion about how much water to dilute the product with (instruction says up to 4 gallons), i called their toll free number and talked with a technician and they recommended to mix with 3 gallons of water.

    it works!
Had/have a big water problem in basement. Though we couldn't yet afford to get the french drains, we diligently cleaned the concrete walls and applied the Foundation Armor. It has been a good 7 months and though there are still episodes of water on the floors (still needing the french drains)- the walls have remained dry! We are very pleased with this product.

This product is Amazing! Acts as described!
I had an extension added to my back patio. I later noticed that the concrete was not finished smoothly, but it was too late to correct it! All the rocks/pebbles were at the surface and no matter how much you swept, used blower or hosed off there was always dirt/sand coming up from all the concrete which was always tracked into my house. The S2000 was amazing! I had enough to spray the area 3x's! There is currently no longer any sand or dirt coming up from the concrete. It is so clean and nice! I definitely recommend this product!

The concrete floor of my garage was poorly laid by the builders and I've had an issue with efflorescence and dusting for literally years. If you left anything in the garage for more than a day it would come out covered in a fine layer of concrete dust. Finally got sick of it and, after a bit of internet research settled on this sodium silicate densifier as the answer. Well, I was not disappointed. Used a pump sprayer to lay down two coatings over two days and my dust problem has disappeared. I could not be happier! Just understand that this is not a cosmetic product like the epoxy and acrylic floor paints you can buy. All this does is soak into and chemically react with the concrete to stop the deterioration that leads to dusting. Works superbly, but it's not going to make your slab to look "better", if that's what you're after.

easy to mix, easy to use
A great product, search on line for concrete sealers , and this product line seemed to come up a lot. The product was very easy to use and the directions were very clear. Took almost no time to mix and coat the concrete floor in our newly constructed shed.

This product absolutely works! After 20 years of living with concrete dust in my garage, I decided to give this product a try based on a number of positive customer reviews. What an amazing difference S2000 made. I followed the directions exactly and once the product was dry the gritty feeling under my shoes disappeared. It was as if the dust had been magically 'glued down' for good. I would definitely recommend Foundation Armor S2000 to anyone who was looking for a way to rid themselves of concrete dust.
