While I thought the frame would be good for my purposes and price point, it has some key drawbacks: 1) The music is EXTREMELY loud and there is no way to control the volume. 2) There is no silent mode, so the mobile won't spin without the music playing. I'd return it, but I think that would be extremely difficult after reading the return details associated. I think I'm just going to have to deal with it. Perhaps my baby will just like looking at the items without them spinning. :-/ I would not recommend this product... Spend a couple more dollars and get a musical frame that has a silent mode and/or volume control.Disappointed
