    Because it was not scanned properly at post of sale, in this case, a warehouse, phone would not activate. I was told it is listed as lost/stolen and happens often with Walmart. I giant inconvenience your causing. Thanks.

    I like it.
    Highly recommended. The associate at Walmart told me this phone wouldn't work with the cricket service which cricket is a branch of ATT. I went home and searched on duckduckgo and she was wrong. I ordered the phone and it works great. The one that it is replacing always shut off on me and I tried that new cricket phone (Cricket Wireless Cricket Debut Flip, 4GB, Navy Blue - Prepaid SmartFlip Phone) I would not recommend. The thing didn't charge and the back was extremely difficult to remove. This ATT phone looks exactly like the cricket wireless I had but it's a different model number. This ATT phone I would highly recommend.

    i WAS TOLD THAT at
    the phone looks great BUT IT IS A LOCKED PHONE, MEANING THAT i CANNOT GET IT TO WORK THRU MY USUAL PROVIDER - 'WING'. THEY TRIED AND TRIED. i AM VERY UPSET. WHAT SHOULD i DO? I PAID $50 FOR THEPHONE AND iT DOES NOT CONNEC OR E ACTIVATED> PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS.

    I AM NOT A THIEF - PRODUCT WAS NOT AUTHENTICATED!!
    I received this product and it was NEVER authenticated. I am a mental health first aid responder and I was NOT able to receive calls or make calls for hours which hindered my ability to help others and save lives. I was SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I FILED A COMPLAINT AND WENT OUT ON FB AND WARNED OTHERS.

    IF NOT PREPAID, NEEDS A 4G SIM CARD
    I bought the phone with the intention of not using the prepaid service, but activate it with my account. This model has an issue that if you get a 5G card, you cannot open the contacts. It remains Loading Contacts. I looked at the ATT community forums and the solution (that worked) was to get a 4G card (the orange ones) if there are any left in a store. Dont know if it has the same problem with the prepaid sim. The back cover is really difficult to remove. But the phone is exactly what I was looking for, a flip phone for my grandparents.

    This is a perfect phone for talk and texting. Remember to get the prepaid plan that includes data so that you can use more function this phone provides. I love how I can use data though by having phone recognize my wifi internet. The only way I can use more function is when I turn on wifi on the phone but I can not use all function when I am not near my wifi so get the plan that has data.
