Great device for good price
Just received my laptop in the mail today super excited to see what it looks like and how it runs unboxing as I'm writing this review its really nice super light they could've protected more but from what I see everything it intacted I would definitely recommend I love it and it talks to you with a welcome voice intro

BUYER BEWARE!!
I just purchased my ACER chromebook in January 2021 (today it is March 23rd 2021) and my "Gorilla Glass" screen is CRACKED! Mind you I've been working on this chromebook all morning and it hasnt left my side so your guess is as good as mine on how this actually happened. The product has not been hit, dropped, damaged, ect. I'm writing this review after contacting ACER customer service and being told "cracked screens" are not covered under the manufacture warranty-- mind you, this product is LESS THAN TWO MONTHS OLD!!! Extremely displeased and I will never purchase another ACER product in my lifetime.

    Fast, Reliable, and Stylish.
    I'm not a laptop aficionado, so get ready for the perspective of an average buyer. When I got my laptop, it was very sleek and stylish. After setting it up, it booted up in a few seconds and transfers files really fast. Like, 15 GB in 8 minutes; around 30mb/s. The 360 hinge makes it great for watching videos. The display takes up a lot of the space and has nice colors and graphics. And the battery can last around 10 hours if you're just browsing the internet or doing basic tasks. If you do run out, it doesn't take very long to recharge. It's also got a microSD slot instead of the standard SD, so transferring files between my phone and my laptop is a breeze. All-in-all, this is a great computer for homework, browsing, or some light gaming.

    Excellent computer
    It's a really nice computer but it would not let you download whatever you want... very easy to install.. but you have to install cortana manually which I don't think it should be.. but other than that I love it... an excellent computer got nothing more but excitement...
