Decent Chair for the Cost
It is a good chair for the cost. I bought it for teleworking. It has many adjustable parts including arm height. The lower back support seems to hit in the right spot and that was very important to me. It was reasonably easy to put together (took about 15 minutes).

Tears on Fabric and Scuffed/Chipped Metal Parts
I guess I got unlucky, upon arrival parts had a lot of shavings of some short of debris, probably from the warehouse it was made. Just cleaned it off with a rag. When assembling I noticed that some metal parts had scuffed marking on them and chips, was skeptical if I was issued a used chair. Also, before attaching the arms to part where you sit on, I noticed a tear on the fabric. This is an actual problem due to the likeliness that the tear will become bigger over time. Other than that the chair is fine, you will have to tighten the bolts and screws every once in a while to keep everything working properly. Also, instructions don't show specifically what each lever does on the side for adjustments, you just have to try it out and I still don't know how to use the first lever and it seems to have no use, it doesn't adjust anything. It's a pretty good chair for the price probably one of the best budget ones if you get it on sale, just wish I could get a replacement.

    Mangled mess
    I love paying to have garbage shipped to my house. The chair is just haphazardly tossed into a box with 0 padding. Surprise surprise all of the metal pieces are bent. Surprisingly the box itself doesn't look too bad. I wonder if someone returned this bent garbage and they just repackaged it.

    Very nice chair from reviews I've read. However, it arrived damaged. Had a 2 inch rip in seat fabric and cushion. One side of box was completely destroyed. Box had been torn wide open from top to bottom and squashed. They said I could get a replacement, but I had to ship the damaged one back. Ship back a 50lb chair in what...the box is destroyed and would cost a fortune to ship it. If a multi-billion dollar company won't pay to ship back a damaged piece of merchandise, then I guess I'll buy some sort of iron-on patch to fix it myself. I certainly ain't paying to ship back this heavy thing.

    Nice chair!
    Love my new desk chair. Had to purchase for home office because I'm working part time at home during the pandemic. But with swift delivery and a comfortable place to sit, it made this transition much easier. Has great support with multiple positions. Hubby assembled with ease. Highly recommend!

    A comfortable chair
    With all the settings combinations, it takes a few tries to figure out the optimal one. Perfect for all-day work. The cushion is more than sufficient. Only negative is lack of lumber support - I workaround it by inserting a portable lumber support foam behind the mesh back.
