    I did not lose any weight. I think I gained weight instead. Be ready to stay in the bathroom though. It cleansed for sure but no weight loss. I was miserable while taking them.

    This is a great product!!
    I've been taking the root for 2 years and has helped me tremendously!! I agree with everyone, you have to be patient. The weight loss takes time but it's so worth it. Potassium is a must and lots of water. Keep in mind everyone is different and results may vary. Meaning, one may see the weight loss faster than others or slower than others. BE PATIENT!

    THEY WORK!! BUT BE PATIENT!!
    MUST BUY! MUST BE PATIENT! Seriously Ive been trying to loose weight for YEARS!! And these little root pieces are the ONLY thing that have worked! I just finished my 3 month supply and lost already 24lbs! Of course everyones body is different so don't expect the same results! BUT theyre soo easy to stay on track with. one pill in the morning after breakfast. DO NOT TAKE on an empty stomach. My friend saw inconvenient side affects. I personally drink a full glass of water when taking the pill after breakfast and TONS of water throughout the day! I take potassium pills to help, as they can lower your potassium. I havent been under 200lbs since before my first pregnancy and that was in 2008!!! Now all my family has ordered them and started their journey. FYI...be patient! As I myself did not see any results until after the first month! But honestly I had nothing to loose, good price and easy instructions! AND I SAW RESULTS!!

    I started taking these In the middle of July until now November I've lost 14 pounds, it takes time so be patient you will start seeing results in three months! Makes you poop a lot so be aware. Drink lots of water and one banana a day.
