Great pad, really fast shipping
Bought for my daughter. Auto prompts when you turn on for first time led me to link to my phone, literally downloading everything from my phone to her pad. Later realized it was best to set up new AppleID for her and establish the pad independent of a phone. Other than that, we love it. She uses it constantly.

Apple service can't fix.
Big hassle! The iPad locked up on us. The only way according to Apple to fix it is to connect to iTunes on a PC. The problem is, however, it didn't come with a cord that had a USB plug. So I was told I had to go buy a converter. The other problem is that we don't have a PC. So we were told we had to borrow one or go to an Apple store. The nearest Apple store is three hours away. We just retired and moved out into the country and have nobody to go asked to borrow a PC. The only thing we could do was return it. I don't want another one of these if this is what I have to do if that thing locks up on me again. Maybe I will have the same problem with a different company, don't know, but I am definitely going to try to avoid this headache. I've been on the Internet and phone for over an hour trying to figure out who to return it to.

    Love this apple ipad!
    Fast,good for gaming great picture, camera works great and pictures come out perfectly. I have mine in a clamshell with keyboard so it functions as a mini laptop.

    Most happy with this new iPad.
    I upgraded from a previous iPad that was 7 years older. The new iPad does not have a “home” button, but a simple swipe up from the bottom was easy to get used to. The chip is noticeably faster and the screen is definitely more clear. The huge difference for me is the life of the battery while using. I would guess that it lasts at least four times longer which is a big help. It also charges quicker. I also bought the larger storage capacity so I wouldn't worry about superseding my input capacity. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

    Great tablet/price. Delivery sucked
    Tablet is great. Price was very good combined with credit card points. Totally dis-satisfied with OnTrac as delivery agent. Will never order from Walmart online again as long as OnTrac is delivery agent. Had same issues with them on Best Buy online order and will not order online again from Best Buy if OnTrac is involved

    At the beginning I was locked out because I could not remember my passcode while setting up. Took it the store and they got me back to factory setting when ITune did not work. It was so easy once I used my iphone icloud to set up.

    Great overall. Very nice display.
    Beautiful display. Somewhat larger than my last one though not all games take advantage of the space. Battery runs down a little more quickly than I'd like though not as quickly as my last iPad. It also uses a standard mini-USB. No more Lighting cords!

    Almost perfect…
    This iPad must have sat on the shelf for a while. I could not get the initial startup past where the software needed to update. I had to call Apple Support and they set up an appointment for me to take the iPad in so it could be restored by the technician. The software loaded was on version 14.8 and current version was 15.0.1. Once restored, the iPad worked perfectly. Just a bit frustrating that it didn't work right out of the box. It is really fast and responsive, and the price I paid made up for the minor inconvenience. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

    Great price for a fabulous iPad Air
    Had an original iPad generation 1. This iPad Air Gen 4 has a much better screen, far superior picture quality & camera. The memory is amazing. It downloaded every thing from my iPhone XR, airdrop in under three minutes (videos, pictures, files, emails from six different email addresses, all my apps, thousands of contacts, all files, passwords. It's amazing really enjoying binge watching AppleTV while traveling.
