Dented and broken
Dented and broken. They sent one and the back goes all the way back, there's no locking mechanism to stop the screen from going too far back. They sent a replacement it does the same thing and it super dented in the corner. Like if I drop water by Accor would surely get into the electrical parts of the machine. The power supply on the first one was sparking when plugged in. I don't know how the replacement works, but I want to return this ASAP! For safety reason alone.

    Damaged macbook not working
    So I purchase 2 macbooks for Christmas gift for my kids. I only received one I spoke with someone about the other one they said it was a mistake on there end. I received the second macbook on 11-10-2022 open it up try to turn on wouldn't come on I thought maybe it needed a charge put on the charger still nothing As I examine the macbook I notice it had damaged to it like it had been drop. I also noticed that this macbook was much bigger then the first one i received. I know that this is a refurbish macbook but please send me something that works i paid for this and they send me something that don't work. I also got the warranty on the macbook I called to see if I could do a claim that didn't happen. I was told that the serial number was not matching up with my receipt. I read a lot of the reviews I did not really see anything bad so that's why I purchase. BUT I WILL NEVER Purchase from them again. If i could give 0 stars i would.

    I'm upset. I had to wait a week, the. I received the product, looked really nice, and was great condition. Turn it on. Picked my language, set my WIFI and that's it the next screen said something about someone setting up it remotely and said error message 500. All I want is an exchange for another instead the only option I'm getting is I have to return it to my Walmart.

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!
    This MacBook is everything Ive ever wanted in a computer and it even came with a free clear case and mouse not the most space in the world but I have an external 1 TB gigabyte hard drive so this will work wonderfully for school and learning!! really enjoying picture in picture with all the video apps, just in time for hockey season and the Super Bowl around the corner!

    Thoroughly enjoy everything about my new laptop ordered it for Black Friday and it was here basically the very next day no joke. No issues or problems with setup or cosmetics of the device has made a great addition to my home office setup... I have to say that it's very refreshing with the new iOS being able to multitask and add extra desktops as many as I want I found that four is a perfect number that combined with picture and picture spreadsheets is now a relaxing process.. thanks for the deal
