Item was in great condition not a scratch on it and lived the size of the 12.9” screen but after I charged fully(Using my own apple charger since it came with a generic) I was on it for 10 min and got a black screen, it just died, Even tried to do a force restart and nothing, called the number that came in the box and she told me this one had a defect... why did you send it to me knowing this??? I returned item and I'm still awaiting my refund so that I can get a different iPad

    Don't buy it
    It only works when charging. But even when charging, it still stop working suddenly. Totally garbage! DO NOT BUY IT!!!

    Is it really refurbished?
    It looks brand new with literally MINOR scratches along the frame, but you'd have to REALLY be looking for it to notice. Everything works tremendously. Got here in a timely fashion. No complaints, and super satisfied!!!

    Not very honest !
    Sent iPad with bright white spots on the screen! They listed it as a cellular model ..it's not ..I'm hoping the return goes better than buying from them ..

    I like the color and the performances but the its refurbishment is off, the length is exactly 12" which is not the actual length of the 12.9, I can't find a case that fits.

    Battery Life is my Ultimate Complaint
    Battery life isn't the best and takes forever to charge. Maybe it's because it's refurbished but a little bit disappointed in that aspect. If I forget my charger i'm likely going to have no tool in class unfortunately. I don't have anything else so not worth sending back either which stinks.

    Not what I expected
    Took hours overnight to charge and drained battery instantly. Battery was defective and WiFi connection is weak. Item description said it was cellular capable but it's not.

    Despite a small dent, works like it should.
    Got this one because it has 4 times the storage space than my other one. I didnt notice that it had cellular option, nice add-on if I ever choose to use it, mostly Wi-Fi use. The only gripe I have is that there is a small dent on the back side of this iPad Pro. When you buy refurbished, this may happen so take caution if you choose to go this route. Other than that, I'm charging it up and getting ready to use it like my other iPads.
