Although Walmart.com did not disclose the tablet was preowned I am still very happy with it. The IOS cant upgrade so its actually impossible to download apps but if you sign onto another Apple device with the iCloud account you can get apps on this older tablet. It was a gift to my father in law for fathers day he still uses a flip phone and is able to use that tablet. Overall pretty happy with the product

Very disappointed
This not worth for the price... I feel like cheated when I saw it didn't come with apple charger. Jem Jem provided their own poor quality charger. The condition of the ipad shows it has been very roughly used by someone. It has very hard scratches.

    Buyer beware
This device was so old it could not even download YouTube. I bought it on Walmart website. But it actually comes from a company called Tek replay. I feel that Walmart should have been more transparent. They did not even disclose that it was used and refurbished. They did not disclose that you buy from a third party company either. It cost me $16.00 dollars in postage to return Tek replay their trash.

    So sad
I got this for my dad's birthday I finally had money so I wanted to get something cool for him and i got the tablet with a lump I can't even push the volume button. And it's taking forever to charge I have it charging for already 20 minutes and it won't turn on. I'm so disappointed.

Great for personal use, hard for work
Every good thing you have heard about the ipad is correct. There is a reason all the reviews put it at number one. I bought this for use one the shop floor at the company I work for. The only problem, and I mean ONLY problem is the integration with Microsoft office. This changes the true cost of the ipad for me. Add $41 drops and spills, gotta have it $30 for the screen protector $55for the LIFEPROOF case, gotta have $35 for the Bluetooth keyboard $10 for external speakers $99a YEAR for the Microsoft office365 subscription (the only way to edit excel docs in format) $10 for the photon browser to watch flash movies So now the cost of an ipad goes up to $700 At which I point if I had gotten a Microsoft surface i would still be griping about connectivity and wondering if an ipad was the better choice. The connectivity to others with iPhones and iPads has already justified it for me. Plus the prestige factor clinches it for me, because I did get it to function well for work it looks that much cooler, and I don't have to plug in everywhere I go. Buy it, if you are gonna get it for work, think about it for a minute (do you use spreadsheets at work?) then buy it anyway.

    Better than anticipated
I have other apple devices so pretty much knew what to expect. Or so I thought. Turns out to be so much more convenient in ways I had never thought. My own personal portable tv. Yay!! When i'm stuck in the kitchen for prolonged periods of time, it,s the perfect size to tuck in the corner cabinet & enjoy Netflix, hulu, recorded content, or live satellite with "dish anywhere". My 2 young grandaughters love it as well being able to so easily move it around to watch their favorite shows even outdoors. Another feature especially nice is the "home sharing" capability. Over the years we have amassed a large number of songs & videos currently on a portable hard drive. We attach it to a laptop that also has the "home sharing" set up on it and access it with the iPad. Awesome! Bottom line, it,s truly neat & wouldn't want to be without it

    Everything I expected
Apple is #1 in tablets for a reason. I had an android tablet before this and there is no comparison! You hit the icon, the program opens, and keeps working til you close it! No force closes, no long waits, no reboots, just flawless function. Spend the extra money, you'll be glad you did!

    Outstanding Product
I've never been a big fan of Apple, but for a novice this tablet, the iPad, cannot be beat. I bought it for my wife to replace a faulty tablet of another brand, and the user-friendly design of the iPad had her back up and running in no time. I wish I had bought the iPad in the first place.

    iPad 16 gb
Much has been written about the iPad and I doubt I can add much to the discussion. But I do want to mention a seldom discussed disadvantage to some Apple products and that is the cost of battery replacement. I bough a iPhone 18 months ago and the battery no longer holds a charge - it costs $79 to replace. So since I had just bought this IPad I looked at it - there is no access to a battery compartment as you expect to find. So I looked up the cost of battery replacement for it and found it to be $99. So as you think about the long term costs of owning this wonderful product keep in mind that you have a big unavoidable bill in your future.
