So far so good. Got this because my daughters amazon fire tablet couldn't keep up with all her school apps. I wanted something she could personalize vs borrowing the school's ipad again this year because the apps didn't function on her amazon tablet they made me borrow an I pad and I hated being restricted on what I could do to personalize it for her. Problem solved just bought her a ipad of her own. She's getting used to it now We only have Android devices sooo bug learning curve here with the ipad not too bad though.

Just not an Apple girl
I tried really hard to love this iPad I played with it for a couple hours. But I don't have any other Apple products so I couldn't find as much enjoyment out of it as I feel I would have had I owned an IPhone or Mac. It is very elegant though, fast connection and I love that it has an easy to read manual on the tablet for every question I had and I was easily able to learn all about it.

    I've been using this iPad for three weeks and I love it. It's so easy to use and was exactly what I was looking for. I use this for college and it's able to get all the apps I need and just small enough for me to carry around. It was the cheapest price I could find from all the websites I was looking at, which is great. It's lightweight and was shipped very quickly. Everything works just fine. Very happy with my product so far.

    I was planning on getting an entry level iPad for this price. My old iPad Air was 6 yrs old and the storage was maxed. Walmart had this Mini Generation 5 $100 off list price so I thought 64gb storage decided me. This is my first Mini. Upped the text for ease of use. Its Apple product and of course, its brilliant.

    Top Quality for a Reasonable Price.
    Excellent small Tablet backed by Apple superior software. The pencil works accurately on this tablet. The screen is outstanding. The performance upgrade from the Mini4 is a noticeable increase in processing speed. I personally like the white border for holding the screen without touching the screen (and executing an unwanted command). Unlocking works well with the easy to hold home button. I like the screen size when I use the GPS mapping function vs. the smaller GPS units for driving assistance (my vehicle has WIFI from AT

    A real iPad in a smaller package
    Operates just like my iPad Air 4 except smaller. The good: it's fast with a beautiful display and supports an active stylus. Though never mentioned, it also supports PD charging, though the 12W charger supplied does not. Get a PD charger and a USB-C to Lightning cable and your charging time will drop. If you have another recent Apple device, setup is simple. Just power it up the first time, enter your Apple ID and lay your existing device next to the new one. It will copy almost everything (you may need to rebuild Touch ID), then give it time to update the operating system and download the latest version of all your apps. If you want to emulate the home page layout of a larger device, Setup lets you increase the icon density to match it. A new Mini is scheduled to release soon, but the price reduction on this model more than compensates for the expected changes.

    Small but powerful
    It's smaller than I'm used to but it packs a punch. Faster than the regular iPad and more responsive. I've gotten used to the size and I'm enjoying it. It may be smaller but it makes up in performance. The picture quality is also better as you don't get that terrible grainy resolution you get with the 10.2. Overall, I'm happy with it and I got extra warranty just in case, I have toddlers in the house, lol.

    Just love how its so reliable for at home if I don't want to use my iPhone, Ill just pick it up from the iPad. The screen so clear, multitask, my nephew even likes my iPad too. Its so awesome ! Just love it ! Just might get another one after I post this review lol

    Who sent me a free Ipad?
    I give the new 5th generation Ipad Mini the 5 stars, but I have to back it down to 3 stars for Walmart.com that I ordered it from. This was ordered as a gift, but the "gift message" was not included anywhere in the package, so the recipient didnt know who the Ipad was from, or why she received it. I had to call to confirm that she received it and let her know who it was from. Walmart...if you expect to compete with Amazon you MUST get better at this.
