The phone came earlier than expected and was in excellent condition. The only thing that indicated it wasn't new was the packaging (of course) and there was already a screen protector attached.

    AMAZING PHONE!!! works with any carrier no scratches or dents at all!! came with a charger, a block, and a sim card remover!! did come a little wet somehow but that’s because it was pouring where i live! you do need to sign for this package

    I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH
    Perfecttttt.. i was very hesitant about buying a phone from walmart but i got it cause my brother suggested me to get it.. i order it. it came and i was in great condition mind u this is my phone so idk how to act the phone came perfect the only thing that wrong is the crack on the lenses but i dont mind it works smooth and prefect oi just love it

    Loved the phone at first till it did this
    I didn't like this at all had it for a couple of weeks then out of no where the screen pops up these black lines it hasn't been cracked at all so that's why I am so confused

    Badly scratched screen!
    The phone showed up with the screen so scratched up! It was in bubble wrap and had a sticker on the scratched up screen, it was definitely sent out this way! Would not recommend this sell this is NOT like new condition!

    Does not "work and look like new" -- not close.
    The listing promises: "Product works and looks like new" -- this does not describe my experience. The phone I received had substantial screen scratches, and when I powered it on and went to system settings, the phone reported "there is a problem with the battery". Definitely nowhere near the promised refurbished quality. It's probably usable, but nowhere near what is promised (or what I paid for).

    Very disappointed
    Have had so many problems with this purchase. The screens continue to lock up and I have to wait and wait to be able to move from one screen to another. I also have to push the icons and even to enter my password I have to pound on the keys after waiting for the screen to unfresh. I've sent a message to the seller and hope to hear back from him. This is so frustrating.
