The phone arrived as scheduled and it was very easy to switch everything from the old one (you have to have your old phone backed up to the Cloud.) I love the bigger size, and there are additional features that I really like, such as voicemail transcription!

I was happy I found an unlocked IPhone 7 Plus, but I rated so low because one: it has a degrading battery life so like now I have to fork out more $$ to get the battery replaced which should have made this rating a 1 star instead of 3 like why sell a phone like this

    Good product, bad battery in phone
    Good quality product. Only issue is the battery's health was at 82% instead of 100%. So my phone is dying faster and takes longer to charge. I would recommend buying it because everything else is up to shape, but have some extra money to pay for a new battery :)

    This phone is amazing I do enjoy they way it's setup to make life less complicated there's only 2 problems I have with it and that is the speaker is defected I can barley hear anything the microphone is good it's just speakers it's so low if a fan is on I can't hear it….And the other is my storage iCloud always says it's full but I know it's not 223 photos isn't a lot and it keeps telling me the backups was the problem so I went in and cleared it… still same thing. I do love my phone just wish speakers worked better I've tried everything but take it to an apple store which I can't do cuz it's not registered ® with apple it's through straight talk…. Ugh!!!

    All in all its perfect
    Just received it today, shipping was fast so far so good I was a little skeptical buying cause some mixed reviews but so far Ive had no problems with it Ill update in a few days only bad thing I got to say is that the charger they send is not an Apple charger I left it plugged in a hour and it was still on 8% so I used an Apple charger and its finally charging so I would suggest buying a Apple charger for it. Doesnt come with any headphones either .

    Speaker not working on my reconditioned 7plus
    No one will give me a name place or anything where I can have this phone repaired, it has a 60 day warranty and it was less then a month ago I purchased.please help !!!

    Purchased the rose gold and the gold one and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase , it came super fast and very well package and the battery life is amazing compared to my last iPhone 6s! And the size of the phone is a plus which is very big and takes some getting used to because I have never had a plus but I would never go back to a small iphone !

    Very nice
    Very nice, large screen. Good camera and picture quality. If you need headphones and an Aux cord, remember that there's no Aux cord jack in this model. Everything plugs into the charger port.
