Great Price for Tank
Great product for a great price I bought this for my nephew and his turtle. I didn't read the description properly and when it was delivered and he sat it up we realized there was no sand or rock which would have been nice for it to come with. Everything worked and arrived well packaged I honestly do recommend this tank but don't forget the sand or rocks lol

Glass is broken!
I just got home and opened the box and the glass on the bottom is cracked! I would like a replacement or a refund right away. In the picture you can see a long crack on the bottom.

    Wrong light and it gets very hot
    The aquarium was not broken which was great it came with water conditioner and food sample , i liked that however the light is not the recommended one. It gets hot to touch , the kids took it down and left it on the floor , it burned the carpet i since got a new light and a stand for it so the kids dont have to handle it at all.

    Great set up for the price
    This is a solid set up for any small (aquatic) reptile. I have a year-old red-eared slider that needed a new habitat, and this package was a great deal for the price. I added a small heater and an extra basking area, but otherwise this was all I needed. The only complaint I have is that the Whisper filter is actually pretty loud.

    Bad packaging lead to a box of broken glass!
    Im split on my review. As far as whats included, the accessories are great and would be a nice change for our little guys. However, it was shipped and delivered in the original box. The FedEx driver left it on our porch and ran. We went to pick up the box and broken glass fell out all over the porch! We opened the box and the tank itself was SHATTERED! Why would you even deliver that? We took it back to fedex and returned it. We just need the tank replaced so well see what shows up this time, or if itll be shattered again and well have to send it back again. Dont order it to be delivered, pick it up at the store!

    We bought this tank not really lnowing which of our new family members would be taking up residence. We ended up piecing it out... tank for hermit crab habitat along with the basking platform for them to hide under until they have become more comfortable with thier new home. The basking platform was just to much for our silver dollar sized yellow belly slider. My only complaint would be the filter... its strong enough that tiny turtle has gotten sucked to it a few times and had to be rescued! The silicone sealant along the joints of glass in the tank also made a handy jungle gym for our crabs who quickly lewrned they could use it to climb and hang upside down from the screen top lol
