Higher price and lower quality
I have been buying and using this product for over a year now and it was priced reasonably.. But now the price has gone up and the quality of it has gone down. The absorption rate is not as good as it was before and the overall feel of the product is very poor. If you can still find the older stock , grab it and I would avoid the newer stock..

    I'm so sick of Walmart delivery service!
    I ordered these to be delivered to my home. I pay a monthly fee for the delivery since I don't drive. The delivery driver knocked on my door to show me how the bag was loaded into her car. It's a 36 pk. One end was torn open and half of the 36 are useless. Torn and dirty. This is unacceptable!!

    These are ok. They don't fit super well, and leakage is definitely an issue if you aren't sitting down “just right.” I also question how “maximum absorbency” is defined, because these definitely don't have the capacity that I'm used to with other brands. If you only need them “just in case” or for a *very* short time (as in an hour) they might work. Otherwise, there are definitely better products out there.

    Poorer coverage and quality lately
    I agree with other reviews that these are not as good as they used to be. When wearing them when sleeping they leak very badly so now I have to pay additional money to buy pads for the beds to protect the mattress. Also, they do tear around around the top when just pulling them up or down. They are comforatable to wear but a problem because of the other issues.

    Not as good as they used to be. Recently the cut of the underwear has been uneven/crooked and tends to ride up on one side and allow leakage. This requires buying "pads" for better coverage. They also lose their elasticity after 3 to 4 uses. Full disclosure, used other more expensive incontinence underwear and ran into the same issues. More cost effective to use the Equate brand.

    Go back to the old product!!
    I have used these underwear for many years and always been very happy with them. However recently they changed them and they are not nearly as absorbent as they use to be. I now have to use a pad with them, which adds greatly to the cost. I guess I have to start looking for a new brand. C'mon Walmart, you had a good thing going and you ruined it!

    New Product—without “equate” name—is TERRIBLE!!
    I have been using this underwear for a few years now due to bladder incontinence, and they have been fantastic! Until recently. The boxes labeled with “equate” were amazing—great fit and no leakage. Now they are terrible!! The waistband shreds or tears very easily, and they leak EVERY SINGLE TIME. Additionally, there have been a few times when I've been in a room and people have complained that it smells like pee. So, no odor control either. I know the difference just by sight, as the color is different from the originals. Originally I would have given this product five stars, but it seems like this new version is here to stay, so I need to find a replacement. Spending more money is never something I want to do, but in this case it's something I HAVE to do.

    With the “new and improved” version, my fingers stabbed right through the waistband bog the first 2 pair I put on. The new material at the waistband is so sheet that it just tears away by simply pulling them up. Sooo frustrated!!

    I LIKE THESE REASONABLE PRICED UNDERWEAR. ALSO MOST OF ALL, I LIKE THEM DELIVERED TO MY HOME, AS NOBODY IS STARING AT ME AT THE STORE WITH THEM IN MY CART.
