My family loves these!! My kids eat them as a snack and my husband will add them to his cereal or oatmeal! We go through them so fast!

Quality not as good as before
I started purchasing these about 4 years ago. They were fantastic.....super crispy and crunchy. The last two times I purchased Augason Farms and Essentials freeze dried raspberries, the texture is different......like I would imagine moisture had gotten inside....they are more gritty.

Usually very good, this time a dud.
After waiting for these to come back into stock, I am a bit disappointed in this most recent order. Rather than nice, big pieces of dried raspberries, this can is mostly filled with raspberry dust. I don't know if this can was subject to excessive abuse and shaking in shipping, or if Augason got to the "bottom of the bin" when they filled this can, but I need whole and pieces of raspberries, not dust!

    Great Value, Great Product
These are fantastic. A great value for a good tasting product. Freeze dried isn't easy to find and when you do find it, often is it much more expensive than Augason Farms and you get much less for the price.

    buying again!
So yummy - great for snacking or adding to baked treats, granola, or cereal. Doesn't add any moisture to baked treats and definitely better value.

A few of my favorite things
Raspberries are my husbands favorite fruit so in order for him to have some on hand whenever he wants it I ordered a can. In less than a week I was sure I would be keeping this on hand with an open can in the kitchen and a few in the pantry.

    GREAT TO BAKE WITH
I USED THESE IN CEREAL AND WAS NOT HAPPY, A BIT TART. BUT WHEN I BAKED WITH THEM , THEY WERE GREAT AND DIDN'T ADD ANY MOISTURE TO MY MIX. I MADE PUFF PASTRY WITH CREAM CHEESE AND RASPBERRY FILLING . THEY SEEM EXPENSIVE BUT IT YOU BUY FRESH THEY ACTUALLY COME OUT WAY LESS IN PRICE AND LAST FOREVER . GREAT IN CUSTARD PASTRY FILLINGS WITH CAKE TOO .

    Best you can buy!
We bought these initially to store and use in homemade granola of various types, which was delicious and got even my picky eaters on board with non corn and wheat breakfasts. I now need to buy my own stash because it is the only fruit I want on my cereal. We have used them in balsamic vinaigrette, muffins, cookies, etc. I no longer buy fresh specialty fruits like these raspberries or blueberries, blackberries. We had so much food spoilage I decided keeping a canister on the shelf that I can use on demand and never run out of makes better sense. We keep some in storage (okay a LOT) and some in our grocery rotation. I add them dried to baked goods and even our 4 year old asks for them dry by the handful! When I want to produce something that needs fresh berries, I will set them in cold water to soak. These are large lovely sized berries. I won't feed my family anything but the best. I happily offer my family Auguson Farms Raspberries!
