Came Used
I ordered two of these for my sons. Just received them today. After charging, one booted up to the factory reset screen and the other one has a password on it already. I will be returning them both tomorrow.

    My son used this for less than 24 hours before it shut off and wouldn't turn back on. I'm returning it. Emailed the company first to try to get some tech support but no one returned my email.

    After receiving it worked 2 days then would no longer turn on. Not happy. However the return was fast and Walmart refunded as soon as the product was returned! Easiest return ever! Oh and delivery was awesome 3 days and at my door!
