Best purchase ever.
Absolutely the best purchase I've made. My wife loves it. If I can't find her she hiding upstairs in her chair. Has all the bells and whistles no complaints here.

It arrived very broken
It arrived broken. first, I carried it up a flight of stairs while still packaged just to open it up and find it broken! The walls of the chair are made of plastic and the seat screws were ripped out and the plastic shattered where they were attached. I tried to get an exchange but repeatedly was told that was not an option by Walmart customer service. Then Walmart customer service kept transferring me and I had long wasteful waits for no reason. I had to carry it back down stairs and out to the porch. Then they said up to TEN days for a refund! Not a good experience at all and a very dissapointing purchase as I was looking forward to using this massage chair.

    Purchase at your own risk/ not worth $755.99
    Received chair severely damaged. The company used FedEx and the FedEx's located in the Atlanta Georgia area suck ,they are lazy and lack customer service skills. Had a terrible experience with FedEx. Received the chair wrapped in plastic no box. I am sure that this is why it arrived damaged. Waiting for my refund. So buyers beware. ?0 stars

    the worst
    Worst product ever. The arm continues to pop off due to horrible craftsmanship and screw quality. The inner metal bracket is bent, and this is the second time this happened requiring me to repack and return the 150 lb chair twice and wait 2 weeks for a refund. walmart and bosscare should be ashamed of their horrible product and treatment of customers. Bosscare management wont call me at all and will do nothing to fix this.

    Great Massage Chair
    Purchased chair about a week ago, it arrived two days early, which is pretty good. I've been looking for a massage chair for the past year and this chair fit within in budget. Installation was easy, and I have been using this chair since I received it. Good features and very good quality. I only wish I would've purchase the model up.

    Broken!!
    My chair came broken. I opened the boxes and noticed it was broken from the side, no way of fixing it because the latch was completely broken off. I tried to email them and I still haven't had a reply.
