Great for our 5 year old, she loves it
Our 5 year olds birthday present. She has many other dolls but carries this one around with her since she got it. We let her sleep with it but shut it off before bed

Disgusting product
I tried to reach out to zapf creation and have not got any response. I'm sure this review will be deleted but I hope someone from the manufacture sees it before that happens. My FOUR year old picked out this baby Annabell and to all of our suprise she was very upset and scared saying the babys neck had a bad cut why is she bleeding what happen to her!?" When we looked at what she was saying , the pendant necklace has a back side and on the back is a portrait of the doll. Why in the world does it look like this babys neck has been split

    Great, except for its eyes
    Its eyes aren't working correctly. Only one cries tears and they stopped closing after a couple hours of use. We'll attempt to return in-store and repurchase, as it's otherwise great.

    Scary pendant
    I haven't given this to my daughter yet, but it doesn't seem as nice as the old ones. I wouldn't have noticed, except another reviewer pointed out that the pendant That comes with this doll with the blue eyes has a picture of the baby with its neck split. What kind of company puts this on a child's doll pendant? What kind of message is trying to be conveyed in these times we're in in 2020?

    I just love this baby doll. My granddaughter will be two in October and Her mom and dad are expecting a new baby in the family in October as well and I thought this doll would be perfect for her to learn about having a baby around the house

    Wonderful baby doll
    I am reviewing this baby doll for my granddaughter. During the Covid 19 isolation, I wanted to send my 3 year old granddaughter something to remind her of me. She adores her baby doll and carries all around the house. A perfect doll for my perfect doll!
