The Router That Can't Be Connected To A PC.
Does not function like it's suppose to. Connected it per directions and my PC did not pickup that it was being seen by my PC. Also couldn't get router set up to appear. So, no installation. I have a useless router now.

    Doesn't last and no customer support.
    After only 2 months this router would only connect using the guest access , it will no longer bring up the administrator page so you can see the settings to try to resolve this issue. Belkin customer service is non existent after over 1 hour on hold I finally hung up and the online chat customer service never came up. Horrible product and unacceptable customer service from Belkin.

    Did not like. Wasted alot of time trying to start up. Support was not helpful and wait time was more than expected. Was not able to understand thec. Sent item back too much trouble,never was able to connect.

    Poor instructions and not out of the box ready
    This product does not contain a manual, only one picture chart on how to plug it in. No menu options were available on set up. Ethernet worked fine, but DHCP could not find the internet. Requires that you to passthru logging onto internet service provider, which I couldn't remember the ID and password from service provider. DHCP not holding after rebooting cable modem, Belkin and CPU. Could not access the routers IP address to log into the router even when connected via Ethernet. Took it back, I didn't have the patience to trouble shoot and wait for technical assistance. Got a NetgearN750 wireless router, no problems, easy out of the box setup no issues.

    Dont WASTE your money!!
    I returned this router the very next day! I couldn't even get a proper wifi signal in the next room. Video would play for a second or two, then buffer buffer buffer. It was horrible. My sister then confirmed to me that she and Belkin became enimies years ago because of their poorly made products. They look good, but don't work at all! After returning, I went with Netgear, and BAM, great signal. A lesson learned. I should have read the reviews FIRST.

    This router constantly needs to be rebooted to work. Does not connect automatically like my OLD Belkin. Old one connected when I pulled into my garage. I have to click on connect every time with new one. Annoying to say the least.

    I already had a smaller one but this one didn't make the system any faster it actually slowed it down.

    It's good!
    I bought it, installed it in about 5 minutes. It automatically opened my browser and did a diagnostic of my system. Then it asked a few questions, set itself up automatically and it's done - and it works. I've always found Belkin products to be very good. It's very fast and capable. I don't have anything negative to say about it. It's been sorely poked at in other reviews elsewhere but really it's a great product and I got mine on sale in the local Walmart. I got the 2 year warranty option so I am covered on this for 2 years. I have an old - still working - Belkin router that's at least 5 years old and it never had a problem. I recently got 75 mb/s internet service and through the router and my modem I am getting about 89 mb/s. On wireless, this is about 1 mb/s faster than with a ethernet cable connection. It works great with my Roku too. For the same speed, it costs about 1/2 of what the competition sells for. Belkin is a well known good brand. With Walmart's exchange policy, I figured I couldn't lose with this. So far, I'm right.
