I love my chair! I was sitting on a hard chair with 3 pillows on it and it still hurt my butt! now I am a whole lot more comfortable and it arrived way earlier than expected!!

    I'd give zero stars if I could
    I wanted to give this zero stars but it won't let me. The chair arrived 3 days late. The packaging was fine. But when I started putting the chair together I realized it had only about a third of the hardware needed and the back of the chair had a big rip along one seam. I mean come on! This isn't a 30 dollar chair! I contacted Walmart customer service and they told me to keep the chair snd they issued me a full refund. I have to now see if I can find replacement hardware to try and put it together. I needed this chair so bad as I just started working from home and it looked very comfortable. Now I have to start from scratch if I can't the hardware for it. Honestly how hard is to take care if the stuff you sell?

    Awesome chair and a great price ! Only dislike is that there isn't more support on the bottom of the chair where the seat meets the pole . A square piece between the pole and seat would make it where when you lean forward the chair didnt lean with you.

    unsure of quality
    When assembling the one screw in the back had to be forced as it seemed to be stripped out. So I am leary as to how long it will last before it pops out of the material.

    Worth the purchase
    Good value - comfortable and looks nice. Major comfort upgrade from my original work-from-home chair. It is extremely hard to put the back rest on by yourself, but can be done. Rolls well. Deducted a star because arm rests dont flip up as described.

    Chair was great, poor support.
    Chair is comfortable. However, the warranty could have been extended, but package lacked warranty card and information, as well as necessary serial number (nowhere to be found on chair itself). Plastic wheel hub, where wheel attaches to base broke just after 1 year warranty limit. Contacted support and supervisor and representative approved the replacement as a courtesy. I sent the requested receipts, SKU, and photos and received yet another generic denial response from the "same" representative, Maribel. If you make a promise, just follow through, I would even be willing to purchase, yet that wasn't even extended as an option.

    not the right bolts difficult with the hardware it came with
    the hardware(bolts) were not long enought to reach the side that attatches it was a headache i had to run around and find spare bolts in my garage to complete it the assembly in which i dont trust anyone over 180 lbs to sit on it. It is a great comfortable chair really love it but I definately need to go to the hardware to find better bolts so annoying. other than that i would have given it 4 or 5 stars.

    Nice Looking Chair
    It feels and looks good but it doesn't feel like it will last long if you are 250 lbs and up and you use it for 8 hours a day. We will see.
