Vendor not refunding the full amount.
Incorrectly ordered this item looking at the picture, thinking the gun is also included in the rollback deal.. However upon receiving the package, it was only the foam balls. Initiated a returns process for this, but seller reached out to me stating we can only refund 5% of the purchased value, then later said 10%.. I told for full refund, but nothing has happened so far.. I can't even drop it for return as the status now shows not returnable item :(.. Walmart customer support team, please address the concern here. Thanks

    Wonderful birthday gift
    I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday, since she insisted on a big gun. She absolutely loves it!! My only complaint was there really wasn't any instructions, just pictures on box, but didn't take long to figure it out.

    Great toy
    My son likes it for 14 dollar's I am not going to complain it seems to do everything it says. I don't see where people had any trouble with it. It shoots it is a semi automauto IDK if it says that on the information and it came really fast so thank you for that.
