Don't do it
Refurbished....... yeah right! I have purchased 3 of these and only 1 was worth keeping. One vibrated horribly and wouldn't go over 12mph. The second scooter worked for maybe 15 seconds then died. The worst part was the fact that walmart/Mallstop sits on your money for 3 -4 weeks while they ship and return this junk scooter.

    I would not BUY AGAIN
    The scooter had some deep scratches and only would go 15 and it is supposed to go 16 and the speedometer glitches!

    This is great scooter for older kids. My daughter is 11 and it fits perfect! Just be ready this scooter is fast! My husband and I riding it too when we have a chance

    Scooter was bought for daughter for her birthday in January. Unfortunately, in February it stops working. Complete waste of money. I trusted this scooter to be a good buy considering that it was made by Bird. Big mistake!

    DON'T BUY IT........
    I had to returned it because it work for a week and then when I was going to ride it I turn it on and a E 13 red and the light turn red and beeping. I just didn't wanted to deal with, then walmart didn't wanted to take it even when the site woul direct me to the store. I had to take it to a FedEx hub cause the FedEx offices wouldn't take. it was not good experience. DON'T BUY!

    And is super new.. everything work perfectly
    Wow I am surprise.. the scooter goes to 33 miles and the battery is the best so fast better than what I use to have has Bluetooth connects to the app segway

    the disappointments stack up pretty quick!
    not sure what was refurbished on this scooter Or why Bird even sells it. Unless its to get rid of surplus garbage. What's the point of disabling the blutooth module in the dash, if you're still going to install it!? No joke.. the bluetooth segway app that manages this scooter for lights, speed, etc.. is disabled. Good effort Bird... I guess

    I weigh about 300 pounds in case your wondering I could not have believed how strong the motor is in it I get to work with everyday runs good the tires are so strong but the best im really glad I got it
