Excellent Griddle Press!
I really like this cast iron griddle press. It has so many uses , so far I have only used it to press bacon and make Panini's but it really gets the job done. I especially like that the handle is he safe, it never gets hot. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Griddle Press
This griddle press works very good. It is bigger than I thought it was. You can use this griddle press for bacon, paninnis, steaks, sandwiches, burgers, basically anything you can grill. This works very good on steaks and burgers it gets the meat cooked well done if that's something you like. Me personally I want my food well done especially meat. This griddle press presses firmly up against your food to ensure grilled food that taste good and it is fully cooked. This griddle press allows you to multitask and save time while grilling. This is an absolute must have for any grill or griddle.

    Hefty, very large, needs to be seasoned!
    This is a cast iron griddle press. I bought this because its from Blackstone, so figured quality would be great. It is. Its very heavy to hold down bacon well. Its large enough to press around 4-6 slices of bacon at a time, which saves time. I've also used it as a burger press and it works! Note that you will need to season this griddle press and maintain it though.

    What can I say beside the delivery was quick like advertised and great for smahed burgers. I mainly got it for that reason but will be using it with other foods.

    I like this. It's heavy and presses down on any meat or sandwich I make on the grill. Easy to clean up and the handle doesn't get hot. Food always taste good

    I received this product from the Spark Reviewer program. This is such an amazing press. I have made chicken and using this press made them all the same size by pressing to cook evenly. It heats well and the handle doesn't get hot. It's pretty heavy too. Great sandwiches.

    I adore this Blackstone Signature Griddle Press So far I have used it to make Your sandwiches, burgers, bacon, and steak. The Blackstone Signature Griddle Press is made from with heavy-gauge cast iron . It retains heat better than anything I have used before. I don't have to worry about burning myself when I pick the lid up. It has a heat-resistant rubber-grip handle, and it wont burn you at all if you pick it up by the handle. It also features a no-slip grip which means you don't have to worry about slipping and dropping it. My grilling and cooking skills have noticeably improved. I have been told by my family and friends that my food tastes better than ever. I love using it to make bacon, because it keeps the bacon from curling up on you and leaves these nice grill marks on all of my meats that I cook. It helps your food cook more evenly as well and also cook faster. I was going to get a panini grill now I don't have to So this has saved me money as well. I can even cook cheaper cuts of meats and they taste like the more expensive cuts of meat.

    Excellent Press!
    I was very excited to receive this product as I am a huge bacon sandwich and hamburger fan, and I'm always looking for something to keep them in the correct shape. This press is a great size, almost fills my skillet and is just the right weight to press well without being too heavy. I was concerned that it might stick to the food but it arrived well seasoned because it didn't stick at all. Cleaned up easily with hot water. It gave me excellent flattened bacon and also helped my hamburger patties form evenly. Excellent product, you won't regret purchasing this.

    We make a lot fo burgers, steaks, and bacon, all of which the Blackstone Cast Iron Griddle Press works perfectly with. It's the perfect weight to use on burgers without squishing all the juice out them, and perfect for steaks to give them the best grill marks. I personally love it for keeping bacon from curling up. We used both inside on our oven grill and outside on the big grill. The heat resistant handle has a great no-slip grip and is easy to hold on to. The press itself is made out of cast iron. It's a great tool to add to your indoor or outdoor kitchen arsenal.

    This is wonderful to use on your grill. I got the large one so I could press several hamburgers at a time. It is also great for any kinds of meat you are grilling. It takes less time for your meat to get done. I love the blackstone imprint on it. This is a must for grilling.

    Versatile & works geat
    This is something I am really happy with. I can use it on the stove, on my indoor grill, and--when the weather permits--outside on the grill. It's perfect for pressing anything you want to stay flat while it cooks, rather than curl up or not cook evenly. I've used it for bacon, steaks, fish, even grilled cheese sandwiches. It's square, about 10x10, and even keeps spatter down to a minimum. It is cast iron, pre-seasoned, so you don't need to treat it before use; the handle is heat resistant, with a rubber grip so you can pick it up without worrying about burning your hand. The heat surface is grooved to allow juices & steam to escape. This is one of the items I'm really glad to have now, as it solves several problems for me, works well, and is easy to use in various places. It's easy to clean and stores just about anywhere.
