Provides instant hot water at your sink!
Provides instant hot water at your sink! We have a long pipe run through the slab from the garage to our bathroom sink. So we wasted a lot of water waiting for hot water to come through the pipeline. This point of use hot water heater keeps 2.5 gallons hot right near the tap. Plenty of hot water for hand washing, shaving, etc. And the price is right, too! Shipped in two days. I have three of these now..... they pay for themselves in water savings!

Beware of Bosch Support/Nightmare Experience
I general contracted an entire house for my family and my $1800 Bosch Greentherm Water Heater has given me more trouble than every other piece of hardware combined. The device started having miscellaneous errors after a few months and now fails multiple times per day roughly a year later. It can't even make it through its own “auto-adjust” process - the burner goes out. I've reached out to their technical support after registering the product and called their warranty department. Both are no help at all. They demand that I hire a licensed HVAC contractor to come perform diagnostics on it. Even if I could get a contractor to come do that, why should I pay a dime to troubleshoot? Nothing of the sort is mentioned in their warrant. In my opinion, they're just trying to weasel out of repairing it. I would recommend against buying any Bosch product because both the product and service are toilet-worthy. tl;dr I paid 1800 for a defective unit and now Bosch wants me to pay to diagnose the piece of trash. p.s. The mobile app also doesn't work at all.

    Great Unit, Would Buy Again
    Unit is great, heats quickly with no sound. Study mounting bracket. One NON Bosch issue; box was water damaged and roughly taped back together, and the literature inside was ruined. Not good Walmart!

    I would buy this product again.
    Seems to work just fine. Haven't gotten my electric bill yet so not sure about usage. But it does what I bought it for, delivers hot water at the point of use.
