Great printer for my business needs
I bought this printer to replace the exact one I have had for 4 years. It might not seem long, but I am very hard on my printer with my business.

Ink hog with bad print quality
I have owned at least 3 of these printers that all reflect the same issues, so clearly this printer model is just garbage. This is an appallingly bad printer. While it is very user-friendly, you'll get a few good prints out of it before SOMETHING begins to screw up with the ink. Be that streaks in your printing, colors not mixing, colors failing to appear,, giant white lines running through your text, or even the ink completely running out after 10 pages of simple printing so you have to run out and buy another $25 cartridge. No amount of troubleshooting has solved these issues for me and neither has buying an entirely new printer out of hopes I received a dud, the printer as a whole is simply awful quality. I would not pay $20 for this.

    Get me a direct number to HP
    This is not like my other HP Printer and I didn't expect it to be, however I got it all set up just like my other one and went through all the steps and it worked fine UNTIL you power it off and unplugged it and THEN you loose everything you just set up, its not like you just plug it back in and turn it on and your good to go, NO this doesn't happen, you have no choice but to leave the printer plugged in and power on at ALL TIMES. I can't find a phone number to contact HP directly to resolve this issue. I just hope and pray we don't have a storm and loose power!! This printer shouldn't be this complicated.....
