NEEDED IN AN EMERGENCY
I purchased this (air compressor) on 06/27/2019 at approximately 21:46. I was in a very big rush to use it. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THE INSTRUCTIONS A ONCE OVER! This unit was.super easy to set up and use...make sure you use the teflon tape and make sure all the fittings are correctly put together! SAFTETY IS OF THE HIGHEST PRIORITY. i don not believe it states it in the manual, however when you first turn this unit on...i wouuld recommend you let it fill to capacity and have it auto shut-off, you may notice a leak in one of the valves or the regulator. Please use upmost cation when using a piece of equipment such as this.

Alton Industries will not warranty the product
I purchased a 4 gallon air compressor from Wal-Mart it stopped working after using rarely within 5 months. I tried to get Wal-Mart to honor the warranty they would not after 90 days. I tried to get Briggs to honor the warranty they do not support the product what so ever. I tried numerous times to get Alton Industries to honor the warranty and to say Brandon gave me the run around is light. He is the master of the run around. Then he sent me another one. Plugged it in it worked. Tried again It did not work. I started talking to Brandon in April it is now August. Alton Industries will not honor the warranty. Brandon is a colossal waste of time. I guess the one they sent as a replacement after numerous calls to Brandon was a return. Pic attached.

    Great product
    Not bad for a little compressor, was going to get a Husky brand but found this on clearance at a local Walmart, ended up buying the display for even less, so far it's held the pressure and it's been able to do small household duty's no complaints here very happy, what's keeping it from a 5 stars is the underpowered motor a 1hp would have been perfect for this size

    Worth every penny
    Ive been looking for a air compressor for a while. Knowing this brand is usually reliable and for the price I couldnt pass this deal up. im very happy with the compact size too. It takes up very little room.

    ok choice from available small air pumps w tanks
    Had a small electric air pump (direct air from pump, no air tank) it broke down after many years of use. Don't like the "air tanks" but this one is ok even though it is much bigger/bulkier than the old one.

    Junk. Don't wast your time or money.
    It works fine as long as it is plugged in, but once you unplug it, it bleads off air in just a few minutes. It is mostly plastic and very cheaply made. I was surprised at something with this name on it would be so bad.

    Light Duty Compressor
    This compressor takes a very long time to reach 35 psig. The manufacturer claims it will reach more than 100 psig. Yes, maybe if you leave it running for several hours. This compressor is ok for automobile tires but it is NOT the right choice for higher pressure truck or trailer tires that require 55 psig or higher. The compressor sounds like one of those emergency 12 volt compressors that you plug in to your car cigarette lighter.

    Great for home use. This product is a little bit more than I needed but the price and the "named" product sold me. Besides using it to air the tires in my bikes and autos, I can now use it to help with the interior cleaning of my autos. Where my vacuum cannot reach those hard spots, I use compressed air to blow the little little bits of trash from my interior. Also I use it for exterior auto cleaning.

    Light and easy to use
    This is my first air compressor. Easy to use and set up. Good for light jobs around the house. The connections are smooth and easy to switch. One of the things I like best is the handle that makes it easy to carry. The tank fills to pressure in minutes and the pump is pretty quiet.

    Great compressor
    This is a great little compressor for small jobs! It really meet my expectations for a compressor. My dad had a bigger one, so I am familiar with the company. One thing they could do is make accessories like drill and hammer that would work on it and a longer power cord. The one on here is kind a short. Other wise I really like it.
