Great printer in a great size
I have a small home office where space is at a premium. I had an MFC-9750 before it finally gave out. I was skeptical going to a smaller unit, but space was calling its name. It does everything my 9750 did but in a much smaller package. Great job, Brother!

Worked great for 10 Months
I used this printer in a small shared office primarily for printing and copying. Really was a great machine until in would no longer identify new toners. Replaced all the toners and drums with brother's parts and still no luck. While its still under warranty I'm not sure its worth the hassle and down time to warranty it. Going to give brother one more shot since we have all the toners in stock.

    TONERS DON'T LAST AS LONG AS THEY ARE LABELED FOR
    I have been using this excellent printer for fewer than 3000 pages. I have already replaced all of the toner cartridges TWICE! This printer came with four regular capacity toner cartridges. I changed them all with high yield cartridges when the machine said they were empty. The "High Yield" toner cartridge is labeled "Yields up to 2300 pages". Now, I've replaced all of the high yield cartridges AGAIN. I don't think I'll be buying another Brother printer.

    Entry level color laser printer
    I am a 2 person small business and this was a big purchase for me. It's "ok." Printing is very slow. I can't see a high volume printing office ever being happy with this model printer. Kinda of a disappointment.

    Great so far!
    This is a good machine. One thing is that it is "slower" to respond than my old machine was, which was not a Brother. Only had this a month or so, so might be too early to tell; but so far so good. We're happy!

    Printer Does Duplex Well
    This is a very useful printer. It connected easily with my Windows 10 computers using the wireless. I bought it because it did duplex printing which it does easily. The color is good, not really photo quality, but that's just because it's a laser. It does regular size envelopes, but not small ones. It copies stand-alone and prints from a computer or iPhone. The first black toner only printed 569 copies, but the color toners were still 1/2 full.

    I will always get a Brother!
    This is my 2nd Brother all in one. My first one was over 10 years old. Still have it, still works just fine but we needed a color one so we went with Brother again. I am so happy with this one. It's very quiet, scanning really fast, prints fast. Cartridges last for ever. Overall just a great machine.

    Had some issues with getting the ink at the very beginning, but once I got it working I have had no issues. It's a fine machine and I would recommend it.

    Easy to get it going

    Excellent multi function printer, and FAST
    The printer does everything I want it to and, wow, it's fast! Scanning is lightening quick, time to first page is very quick, and it has a ton of helpful features. I've been using HP printers for years but am switching over to Brother because I think they are a better value, do everything I need them to do, and don't cost as much to maintain.
