Uses less ink
Love it. Wel worth the price and the starter ink is still going strong a month later. Brother printers are my favorite.

I needed a printer and didn't get one that worked.
Ordered it on line, never worked. Since it was online, the return process has been a pain. Still haven't gotten refunded.

    quality work printer, buy it! you won't be mad.
    perfect for work. I print labels and picture quality work off of this. much better than my other cheaper printers. the ink cartridges aren't xl, but they did a lot more prints than most other brands. gonna buy some xl cartridges now. great product.

    I've only used the printer once with b/w but it worked well, was easy to set up. Printed much better and was much easier to use than my old Lexmark. So far I'm happy. It arrived sooner than expected which was very nice.

    Brother All-In-One Machines
    It did not come with a quick reference operator's manual. Learning to use the basic functions was somewhat difficult. I chose Brother because a had a 15 year old Brother machine that worked perfectly until Windows did an update and corrupted the Brother software. Brother did not support my 15 year old machine anymore so I had no chose but to buy a new machine.

    NOT worth buying used, BUY NEW
    NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING REFURBISHED. This product would not work because the refurbished ink cartridge did not come with it and with it being a newer model it has sensors. It wont work without the starter ink pack. I had to just call for them to pick it back up and get a refund for the item.
