Great sandwich ingredient
I rinse to get rid of excess salt, then drain and add Dukes Sandwich relish, celery and onion and garlic for a great sandwich!

inedible
Now look, I wasn't expecting Michelin star quality from a can of shrimp. I am no stranger to canned proteins either. Give me a can of starkist tuna and I can work with it. I'll happily eat a can of spam without even cooking it. This though...this was something else. I love shrimp and, with expectations in check, I was looking forward to eating these. I took a fork and tried a little on their own and they were some of the most vile seafood I've ever eaten. They tasted nothing like shrimp at all. I would describe the taste as tasting the way a gross lake smells. My cat wouldn't even touch it.

    Shrimp Is the Operative Word
These are good for adding to a fresh salad, but if this is considered medium-sized shrimp, I would hate to see the size of the small ones. A lot of the shrimp ended up being mush. From now on, I will use frozen shrimp only.

    Nice Shrimp
Nice shrimp. Good for making shrimp salad sandwiches with chopped up celery and ground pepper or mixing with greens and avocado for a light salad!

    Bumble Bee MEDIUM shrimp canned
Very disappointed in this product. I have ordered it many times before, because I find it difficult to find MEDIUM size shrimp in the stores. The can said MEDIUM on the label, but inside I found TINY shrimp. I know the sizing on this product because I have been buying it for years. They misrepresent the size on this order. Probably had a label mistake. Not happy!

NOSTALGIC RECIPE BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE!!
While away at a boarding school in northern Minnesota in the 60's, there used to be a cozy little diner that served a fabulous shrimp pizza. To this day, I can still remember how incredibly fragrant & delicious it was! (I recall they used minced shrimp). Recently I decided to try and replicate that pizza-memory with these. I drained and rinsed them well in very cold water, squeezed out all moisture with paper towels; pressed them gently into the cheese..., added a few other toppings, and wow!! The ultimate shrimp pizza, reincarnated!! (Try impressing your friends with this one!!)
