    Again received damaged canned food
    I ordered 10 cans of bush baked beans. Just received shipment. Well it happened again. Out of 10 cans 4 were damaged and I mean dents on cans and crushed rims. It appears they were just thrown in the shipping box. This is now the third time I've received damaged canned food from Walmart. I guess this is the norm and is acceptable shipping for Walmart. Very disappointed especially since I had to pay for these damaged cans.

    Well-balanced flavor, a good substitute for yours.
    I love making homemade baked beans, as I have a secret ingredient that makes them delicious. But when I can't make them homemade, I go for these, as they have a good balance of flavors.

    Good Quality but Far Too Sweet - Sickeningly Sweet
    These baked beans are obviously of good quality, BUT they are tooth achingly sweet. If you want to have them as a SMALL side to a main course, they would be okay, but you cannot, for example, use them for beans on toast. More than a couple of tablespoons of these beans is all anyone save someone with a major sweet tooth could eat. They are just too, too sweet. These beans are more of a dessert than they are a side dish to a meal. The quality of the beans aside, Walmart had to ship these to me via FedEx. Whoever packed them just tossed them into a pretty big box with a few air pillows stuff on top and sealed up the box. During transit, they knocked about one another so much that both tins arrived very badly dented up, and now if I want my money back, I have to take the tins to a Walmart for a refund. This is not impossible to do, but it rather defeats the purpose of ordering through Walmart . After all, if I saw the tins in the store in this condition, I never would have bought them. Lesson learnt.

    Happy with the product, unhappy with Walmart
    The product is fine. However, the fact that I got charged $8.49 for the can of beans is absolutely ridiculous. This has nothing to do with the product and everything to do with Walmart's online grocery ordering changes.

    Bush beans are our favorite
    Bush brand baked beans are definitely our family favorite. So tasty and with a sweetness that tastes just right. They have many flavor options, but our favorite is Original, with Honey flavor as 2nd favorite. These are even good straight out of the can, even though I prefer them heated. I add a big can of these along with kidney beans or cannellini beans when I make a pot of chili, which adds a touch of sweetness to the acidity of the tomatoes.
