BRING IT BACK!!!!
Just found out you have discontinued the Dark Chocolate flavor. Please, NOOOOOOOO!!!!! It's the only flavor I drink! I've been drinking IB for breakfast since high school. I tried the Dark Chocolate about 3 years ago, and it's the BEST FLAVOR EVER!!! Please, Please, Please, BRING IT BACK!!! All the other reviewers want it back too! We'll buy it!!!

Copper, Carageenan and Lactose, However
Some of the ingredients are toxic....many people are lactose intolerant & vegan, carrageenan is toxic. People have copper allergies. HOWEVER. I had a phobia at 10 and quit eating for 4 months. Mom mixed this w whole milk 4x a day and I put weight back on.

    To the Marketing Department: Please reconsider your decision to discontinue Classic Chocolate Malt Instant Breakfast drink. I have been drinking the Classic Chocolate Malt flavor since the 1960's. I never wanted anything for breakfast before I went to school. My mother put her trust in your product and felt much better sending me off to school after I drank a glass of my favorite Classic Chocolate Malt Instant Breakfast drink. I have been drinking this flavor for five decades. Please don't take it away from those of us who still love it! Thank you.

    I've been drinking this my favorite flavor for nearly four decades. After moving abroad five years ago, I buy 1000 packets every summer to bring with me. Went to make my summer purchase only to find they aren't made anymore. I cried in the grocery store when the manager told me. The kind manager arranged for every box across all of their regional stores to get to me but this only netted me 200 packets which won't last a full year. What will I do when those run out???? Please begin making them again and at least sell online. You have many loyal fans.

    LOVE THIS FLAVOR
    I have been using this flavor for the last 5 years to help take my medications. I take several medications in day totaling 13 pills a day. This just helps with taking them. It is such a wonderful flavor and chocolate malts have always been my favorite malt flavor. I so need this flavor to come back. I buy a case of this every 2 months. Sometimes when I just want to drink this, which is often, I do. Yes, I have tried the chocolate one and I used it for over a year, but then amazon suggested this flavor and I went to it immediately. Love it. Make my life just a bit easier with bringing back this flavor. I already have enough other things to worry about.

    Dark Chocolate was the only flavor I will drink.
    I have been drinking this every day for at least 2 decades, whenever it was that I first found it. I could only find it at Heinen's in our area, NO other stores carried it. When I saw the spot where they had kept the Dark Chocolate filled with Rich Milk Chocolate, and the tag on the shelf changed, I got a very bad feeling about it. This was the only one I would drink, this was my morning coffee, and made it simple and pleasurable to drink yummy chocolaty milk without adding super sweet taste. I guess this will force me to make up my own mix with cocao powder now.

    Favorite flavor
    I've been drinking this flavor every morning for the past 5+ years and loving it. I tried all the other flavors in a variety pack and didn't like any of them. Carnation Instant Breakfast also makes it easier for me to take my medicine than with water. Please reconsider and bring it back.

    Rich flavor
    The Dark Chocolate Breakfast Essentials is my favorite because the chocolate flavor is rich and smooth. Unfortunately, this flavor is hard to find in stores. Sadly, the only store in my area that carried this flavor just discontinued it. I hope Carnation will look in to this matter and help make Dark Chocolate just as available as its other flavors.

    IT'S BACK!
    When this flavor was discontinued years ago, my grandmother and I were heartbroken. Imagine my surprise when I came across it at the grocery store a few weeks ago! It tastes just the same now as it did then. Thank you for bringing cafe mocha back, please don't discontinue it ever again!

    Its a life saver
    I used to drink instant breakfast/breakfast essentials almost every day when I was a small child. Its was like this awsome treat for breakfast. I became deathly ill a few years ago with pancreatitus and couldn't keep food down. My weight dropped to 140 lbs, and I should weigh 200 lbs. I found that instant breakfast was something I could keep down. It didn't cause me pain when I would drink it like solid food would., and I love the taste.(BONUS) I started drinking several a day for many months and i was able to maintain my weight and finally was able to gain some.I was able to slowly eat solid food again and now I am at a healthy 210 lbs. My desease chronic pancreatitus is terminal and I have bad days but when I do I can always count on my carnation instant breakfast to give me what I need to maintain my weight and health. I make it with skim milk, now and it's just a part of my daily routine. Its like a treat to me. My sister has also gotten very ill and when she has a bad day and can't eat I make her an instant breakfast and it gives her what she needs to keep up her strength.It's also great for the kids. If sis and I are running late or having a bad morning(health wise) we make both her girls a 16 oz. serving. each and we can drop them off at school knowing they have a full belly and it's good for them not some fast food breakfast junk. They think its so cool they get to have chocolate milk for breakfast. Carnation you have been a part of my familys daily life for at least 40 years. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful product. In a way it saved my life. LOL
