Just plushy enough for the picky pillow snob.
My wife is very particular about her pillows and all the fancy expensive foam or down pillows have been too big and bulky for her taste. The Casper Down pillow was the right amount of plush and comfort without being overwhelming.

I found the pillow way to soft. I thought from other Reviews it would hold its shape better, I'm very disappointed.

    Down pillows are the best!
    We love our down pillows! They provide just the right amount of comfort, can be easily adjusted, and do not sleep too warm nor too cool.

    Just one is too flat
    As a side-sleeper and life-long down pillow lover, I really want to love this pillow more than I do. The mid loft is too flat for me, and so I really need two, or a high loft option. I haven't had to launder it yet, and confess to being a little nervous to simply toss it in the washing machine. We'll see! Otherwise, it's a mighty fine pillow that fluffs up easily, and is a wonderful upgrade from the old down pillow I had for many years.

    Best Down Pillow I've ever had
    I decided to hold off on writing a review until I'd used the pillow for a couple of weeks. I primarily have to sleep on my back it is easier with the C-pap machine), but occasionally on my side, as well. This is honestly the most wonderful down pillow I've ever had. It is comfortable. Cradles my head perfectly -- no neck aches with this pillow! Thank you! I'm ordering another and ditching the awful other pillows I bought (one -- from another manufacturer -- was touted as the best pillow for neck ache... It sure wasn't!). Thank you!

    Neck pain relief

    I had been looking for a new pillow and already returned two others, so I was crossing my fingers on this Casper one without getting my hopes up. I was not let down! At first I was worried about the density when I unpacked it, but it soon “inflated” and gave me the support and comfort I need as a side sleeper. 100% would recommend

    Great quality but had to return
    I am giving five stars to the Down pillow even I had to return it. This is the best quality pillow I ever bought, soft enough . The only problem is the pillow is too sick for me. The customer service is great and welcoming.
