Dont buy refurbished junk!!
The computer arrived and the speakers did not work! The computer was bought refurbished which means it was supposed to have been checked and ready to work as new. The company didnt want to send me a new computer but ship it back so that they could attempt fix it again. They are refusing to refund my money so that I can buy another one for school. So in the meantime I dont have a computer to use.

    Here on time. Setup easy until you get to certain points. You just have to be patient and reread its instructions. Some of it appears on the screen and disappears before you can finish reading it. Over all I am enjoying the laptop. I don't like having to put in password every time I open it up.

    Happy with this Dell!
    Thumbs up! When shopping for a laptop, found that I could buy a new one with 4 GB memory and 128 GB hard drive or this refurbished Dell with 8 GB memory and 500 GB hard drive. I chose the increased memory and hard drive and am pleased with this Dell!

    Not what was pictured
    The picture showed a computer with the 10 key pad to the right, however the computer I received did not have the 10 key pad at all. Also the battery only lasts a couple of hours.

    The quality of refurbishment was not good enough
    If not for the need and hope that technically the laptop won't me let down I would return it. The refurbishment was not good enough and you could see that this laptop was heavily used before.
