Don't do it!
Water bottle would not squirt, ribbons would not go through the machine, poor quality! Once you do what is in the kit its over. No way to do your own ribbon! Purchased it as a gift I was embarrassed!

    Wish the pink shredders were reusable
    I really liked this product at first, then after about 3 strands in a row it stopped shredding the ribbon. The little pink things that shred the ribbon are not reusable so I could not reattach the ribbon to them. That was disappointing, but that being said my granddaughter really loves it!

    Omg! This is such a fun product! My boys even enjoyed this! You can even decorate your own or use one of BEAUTIFUL premade designs You can curl wave or straighten with no heat involved!! Plus the kids thoroughly Enjoyed outtingbthe extension through the little machine and watch it come out looking like real hair! AMAZING PRODUCT!!! XOXOXO

    Makes a great gift for Christmas and birthdays.
    I wasn't sure what to expect when it arrived for our Spa Day party but was super excited the way they turned out. We received this in exchange for an honest review and the girls loved it. You can make 12 hair extensions and while we only clipped it in, there are so many possibilities. They were able to do it themselves and it was very easy. Makes a cute gift for tweens and even as young 7 had no problem making them. Makes a great gift for Christmas and birthdays.

    My nieces had a fun time decorating their own hair pieces and putting them through the machine that cut them into small strips to make it look like hair. However, the hair pieces did not curl around the curling iron. We even tried using a hair dryer. If you have straight hair, it looked kinda cute. You can even cut them to the right size you need.

    Great slumber party activity!
    My daughter had a lot of fun designing hair extensions. Unfortunately right now she has no hair. However she got the aunt's to wear some and they looked really great in their long hair. We have yet to get the extensions to curl and we've tried. Overall I think this would be a fun activity at a sleep over.

    Cool concept but...
    The idea for this to be really cool is there but didn't come together well. Simple enough once it gets started but the thrill is short lived. The ribbon doesn't curl. We left ribbons wrapped on the wand for 2 days and still no curl or wave. We even used a curling iron and no luck!

    Fun for a bit
    The extension maker made it fun to make the extensions but hooking them in the hair and making them look OK was a little more difficult. The area by the clip is a little chunky so we really had to work hard at hiding it. There are several different colors and it looks really neat when you design your own with stripes and different colors. The Extension maker works great and its Very easy to feed the material through and watch it shred. Make sure you have scissors around so you can cut to your desired length. It a good way to get your girls to be creative and away from the electronics.
