Awesome Little Laptop!
This is an all around great little laptop. I've been using it for three days now and I'm kind of shocked at how well it stands up against my larger and more powerful laptops. I really haven't found any shortcomings that anyone could complain about. Coming straight out of the box, it's a five to ten minute setup. This is where the only thing I disliked came into play. You can't set it up without opening an online Microsoft account which requires your email and your birthdate (day/month/year). That seems like a privacy concern and it was a little bit of a turn-off. Because of that, I was planning on knocking a star off of my rating. But, I've been so impressed at how well it works that it seems like such a minor thing now. I'm actually writing my review on it right now with seven other windows open. It's got plenty of power. There are no lags. It's fast and responsive. And it's lightweight and easy to hold/carry around. It shows 2.5 pounds on my kitchen scale. But t doesn't feel that heavy. I guess it's more about how well balanced it is. Highly Recommended!

Bad Investment
Very lite weight and the color is beautiful but the performance is terrible. The cursor bounces from one place to another. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this computer to anyone.

I ordered this for my daughter to do her home schooling. I could never even get it to turn all the way on. It kept showing a error on the screen. I called the customer service number listed in the owners manual twice! Both times all it did was hang up at exactly 15 minutes after waiting for someone to answer. I chose to buy this laptop because it did have a few good reviews. PLEASE DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL REGRET IT. AND BE RETURNING IT THE SAME DAY YOU BUY!Rebecca

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/29/20213rd replacement and still not working righti have returned and replaced 3 of the same laptop now. the 1st one had the screen so damaged that i could barely see anything on the screen. i did a return and walmart sent me the 2nd one within 2 days which was awesome but this one doesnt work like its supposed to either. the screen looks like theres a bunch of air bubbles and looks horrible like it was assembled correctly and everytime i use the cursor it selects all the text like im copying and pasting and will randomly minimize all my open windows. it is so frustrating. i am going to attempt to return this one and get a 3rd and finally laptop. if 3rd time is not my charm then i am finished with this laptop and will not waste my time again. its very upsetting. i went and purchaed an expensive printer, carrying case, a wireless keyboard and mouse and the cables to hook it up to my tv. all the reviews looked mostly great and u cant really beat the price. im hoping the 3rd laptop will work as well as im seeing other customers say it does. i took a picture to show what im talking about when i said the screen looks like it has air bubbles in it. the entire frame of the screen has bubbles like this and an outline around the entire screen that looks damaged or not properly assembled. PLEASE send me a laptop that works and is brand new. PLEASE!!Whitney

I just received it today so I can't say if it will last long term. But so far it is doing the job. I'm watching Hulu with my four month old. The only thing that I don't like is the speakers are very quiet you can barely hear anything. Setup takes awhile but once it's done you're good to go. I'm glad I purchased this laptop it seems like ir will do the job well. Also the pink is so pretty !!Heidi

Plus it wouldn't turn off. Even the Walmart employee at return noticed it wouldn't shut down. Couldn't even factory reset to erase my information before return so I hope they do upon refurbishment. Didn't want to return but had no choice.Vincent
