Zero stars would be more appropriate.
Worked for a month and the lever broke. Worst toaster I have ever purchased in my life. Don't waste your money!!!!!

    Not very good
    No difference when dial was at 4 at the max both were black. Bought the classic series instead by cuisinart its more money but light years better performance.

    Terrible toaster
    Maybe the one I got is defective? You have to push down on the handle 4 to 5 times to get it to actually toast. It also won't release when you push cancel. The bagel function, which I usually use a lot, is set to burn. It doesn't matter what level of toast I put it to, it can be set to the lowest setting and it will burn both sides of the roll or bagel. Total waste of money. I hope I can return it.

    Simple. Bagel 'option" is just adding time. The slots are wide and will accommodate any bread. Delivery within hours!

    Nice toast
    The toaster toasts bread perfectly. As with the other reviewers, I too have to push the lever more than once to get it to stay down, presumably because it is "seeing" the side of the bread thinking it is already done. I do not like the plastic panel on the underside of the toaster, labeled with the country of origin. It seems rather cheap and not what I would expect from a Cuisinart product.

    Great purchase!
    Great brand. Good price. Totally worth the purchase! Down side is instructions dont tell you how to access the crumb tray for cleaning.
