Loved a set before but blade not the same
Had an older set but the handles started to peel after a number of years. This newer set, glad to see an improved handle. BUT Barely used the pink knife, and the tip broke right off. Seems they didn't improve the most important part of the knife. Disappointed.

    Cuisinart 12 piece color knife set.
    I purchased the 12 piece Cuisinart knives for myself. I used them for awhile and was amazed at how good they were. They are very sharp and precise. I never was able to cut tomatoes so thin. They are so good I bought a set for each of my 3 daughters. They also love them especially the colors.

    I actually bought two sets of these and I love love love them. Very good quality knife. I didn't give it five stars because I have put them in the dishwasher and the purple one has a little rust on it.

    Rare Cuisinart fail
    I like the variety of knife types, but that is it. The handles are way too small for my hands. Painting the blades (six different colors) does not increase their cutting ability. The covers are a strange fit, not completely covering the metal. I will probably toss/recycle them rather than have them take up space in my drawers.
