Well made pan.
Wonderful pan, even heat, easy to clean. Very sleek design. If I had to design it, the only thing I would change is Make the handle on the cover, make it with a material that doesn't get hot. Will need pot holders to lift it off the pan. That said I would purchase it again.

Electric skillet
It gets hot at first ,after that stops heating up some times will start ageists later but today would not get hot again,I had to finish cooking on the stovetop frying pan . I don't thing I used it more then 10 times since I got it . I don't know what to do with it

    My identical model Cuisinart skillet quit after over 10 years of very frequent use. We bought this new one as quickly as we could, and it is working just as well. That says it all.

    This is my 3rd fry pan like this. All worked well just the surface loses it's non stick nature after a few years (reasonable). With this being my third, it should tell you how I love the versatility of this product.

    Look for better.
    The thermostat is not accurate at all and its nearly impossible to set it and expect it to cycle on and off within a reasonable temperature range. I would not buy another one of these again and look for another brand. Very disappointed as Cuisinart normally has good products.

    Good Quality, as usual.
    I've only used it once and I was pretty happy with it. I started out with the temp set pretty low to get the feel for the pan. I wound up turning it up to about 400, where I should have started to begin with. It's well made and easy to clean. A big upgrade from the one I used to have. Seems to heat evenly. I would definitely buy again. Pretty much all my countertop appliances are Cuisinart. I'm very please with quality and performance.

    My Third one & I still love it! I have owned 3 of these over the course of many, many years and it is wonderful and so roomy. The non-stick surface is durable and, if you wanted to put it out on a buffet table, it is very lovely. I am so happy they are still making this skillet and you will be too if you buy one.

    Wonderful, well made electric skillet. My first large electric was purchased in 2012 and was used frequently with very satisfying results. I purchased another one of these excellent skillets in 2020 because a disrespectful friend scrated my first skillet. Since being so pleased with the first purchase the decision to replace with another Cuisinart skillet was a very clear choice. Cuisinart, thank you for making such excellent quality cookwear.

    Has stood the test of time!!!
    My mom has this skillet, for over ten years, and it is still going strong! It is used often sometimes every day!! the nonstick coating, is well done, and holds up the best I have seen on any product. It has even heating. I am about to purchase one for my self so that I do not have to borrow the one she has!!!
