Excellent mini chopper
This is a VERY powerful mini chopper. So far I've only used it with small veggies like bell peppers, mini peppers, mushrooms and onions, I found that I get more consistent shape and size by putting less in it each time. Soft veggies like mushrooms turn into paste if I add more than 4 or 5 pieces at a time. I only need to alternate chop and grind about 3 to 4 times for them. I'm sure it's going to easily handle nuts and tougher veggies. Cleaning it is easy and I like the small size.

The product Cuisinart Food Processor did not work, and I did not know that Walmart uses a third party called Modern Impressions for merchandise, they gave me a hard time. I will not be ordering kitchen aids from Walmart again, better to just drive to the store. Thank you.

    I bought his little chopper primarily to reduce the time I spend standing in the kitchen cutting up vegetables. It's small enough to stay out on the countertop so I'm using it almost daily. It works great and is very easily to clean.

    Fast chopper, big enough for most jobs.
    Chops well, but all pieces being chopped need to be about the same size. In making Cranberry relish with oranges and apples as well as Cranberries some apple pieces did not chop as small as desired, when I tried to chop finer the cranberries got mushy. Unit seems well built, do not have any problems with the operation. Somewhat noisier than I would like.

    Nice Improvements
    This is a marked improvement over the earlier models, The blade stays attached when you empty the bowl - very convenient. I find alternating the chopping and grinding modes works well on some ingredients to make them chopped evenly. Very handy for small jobs requiring chopping a number of different veggies or ingredients, like chicken salad. The recipe for Apple Crisp in the accompanying little booklet is worth trying!

    Senior Friendly to use and well made.
    Very nice compact size for kitchen counter. I owned the 3 cup Cusinart Food processor for abut l0 years and it was great. I upgraded to this 4 cup and it is even more efficient. Very "Senior Friendly" weight and flexible to use for daily chopping and grinding. Nicely constructed and chops and grinds as expected. Senior Friendly to operate.

    Nice little machine.
    This is a handy little device that is a great size for everyday use by my wife and I. Obviously the size has limitations, but I have used it for grinding steak into hamburger, blending sauces and salad dressing and grinding coffee. Easy cleanup in the dishwasher and ready to go again. It's small enough to keep on the counter where it is readily accessible. I seldom pulled out the big food processor because it was too much of a hassle.

    Ideal mid-size processor
    The lid design is really inferior, it looks nice but functions poorly. It is hard to get a grip on and then lift up off the hopper. I was chopping carrots and my hands were wet, I could not get the lid off, I had to stop to dry my hands and the lid first. Otherwise it's such a great mid-size processor. I would not recommend for older people or men with large hands.
