Just Right
I love this little appliance. Makes small work of making salad dressings, chopping nuts, coffee beans etc. Finally a small appliance that is up to the task. I had a lot of trouble mixing up small quantity recipes in my blender and food processor. Those appliances are too big for small jobs. Leave it to Cuisinart to come up with an appliance that does what it advertises.

I had a smaller one before this . but the motor was broke in three months. I use this for make mashpotatoes , but let big pieces of veggies . I would like to change for one better .

    Useful and handy
    It's a pretty handy tool. I was able to make jam using dates and it did the job. I did have to stop and move the fruit a few times, but considering the size, it did well.

    Great mini helper
    Great help in the kitchen for small jobs. This is the 2nd one that I have had. The old one was still working after 10 years, but the blades were getting woren, so I replaced it.

    Useful and dependable and indispensable.
    Great for chopping onions and garlic. Keeps your hands from smelling like onions! I use this every day for food prep very dependable. This is my second one. Gave my first to a friend!

    Cuisinart mini processor
    This mini processor is easy to use. Best of all it out performs the larger ones! I purchased a 7 cup processor from another manufacturer, that was more work than just using a knife to cut up everything. I highly recommend this Cuisinart mini processor. Simply well built, powerful n the center of my kitchen.

    Terrific workhorse but be mindful of dropping lid.
    So far so good. This is my second Cuisinart mini chop because I accidentally dropped the lid of my first one and the piece securing the lid into the base snapped off. While I appreciate the weight factor in using plastic for manufacturing appliances…metal is king. I will try extra hard not to drop this lid. I like the slightly larger work bowl on this model as well. Compact gem. Thank you Cuisinart

    As easy to use as a knife and cutting board.
    I love the daily convenience of this mini processor. I have a large Cuisinart but avoid dragging it out for small jobs because of all the pieces to wash, etc. Great for big jobs but no so great for small. This little guy is fabulous! Easy to use, super easy to clean and put away and you're done.

    Mini-Prep Food Processor
    Mini-food processor was one of the best purchases I have made. It is perfect for not taking up too much room on the room and when not in use can be tucked away easily. Makes chopping foods less time consuming and save me from getting knicks on my fingers from knifes and graters.

    Great mini processor
    This is a great mini food processor and is great for making pesto, hummus, and salsas. It is a perfect size for many of these which I make for me and my wife and eliminates having to get out the bulky full sized one. A great device that should be in every kitchen.

    Love this little powerhouse!
    I keep this little tyke on my center island in my kitchen. I'm using it every day! It's just the perfect size for grinding just about anything I need. I'm so happy with my first one that I bought another one. I dehydrate lots of foods. It's perfect to pulverize any item into powder. Love this item!
