I would do it all over again, it'll work great.
Seems to be very sturdy which is great because for the time being the bottom bunk is our spare bed. I bought it for our future kids because it was such a great price. It took us a few hours to get it all together but it wasn't gard just a lot of pieces. My husband was able to do most of it himself. He said he was so surprised at how well it was packed in the box it came in.

Safety Bar Snapped OFF
Its 1 am and my 95lb daughter just rolled off the top bunk and right on to the floor. Why? because the SAFETY BAR just broke right off. How does metal bend and snap from a 95lb sleeping child??? Unacceptable, completely CRAP quality. Dont waste your time or money on this junk.

    I really thought I might have thrown 150 down the drain but THIS BUNK BED!! It is sturdy, easy to assemble, fits a queen mattress on bottom, does not rattle or give the wretched metal on metal noise, and the spacing from floor to ceiling is perfect. Thinking about buying another one for my other two kiddos to grow into.

    stay away.
    stay away dont buy this bed the middle par that Support the fram bends . i got this bed for my two girls . she 8 years old and my 15 year old just from sleeping on it . the bottom bunk it Support up to 300 pounds. my girls are no where near that wight. one is 50 pounds the othe is 120 pounds. this is not a very good bed. the company can even get me replacement parts saying its past the one year mark i cant even buy the part for this bed due to limited supply. i am willing to buy the part i got this bed march 2020. its 2021 so just little over a year. please excuse the mess under the bed in the picture just wanted to show how its bending in the middle.

    Honest response from a not so pleased customer.
    I was looking for a full size bunk bed for my boys room, the storm Ida flooded our basement which was their rooms so for now they need to share. I was looking for something inexpensive due to budget issues and trusted the ratings on this bed. The positive is that you really save space and both kids have room to stretch and move, it also looks nice when built. However, the bed is extremely wobbly and it makes me nervous when they sleep. The ladder is extremely uncomfortable so I wrapped Sherlin on it to make it easier to go up and down. The opening for the ladder is extremely tight so one must go down laying on their belly and slide down, I got stuck trying it out. Overall you get what you pay for! I wouldn't recommend this bed if you have older kids with more weight, or if you get anxiety because I wake up making sure they are ok and I shouldn't do that with a 15 and 13 year old. If anyone has any recommendations on how to make it sturdier I would gladly appreciate it. I did, however, hang shower curtains around the bottom bunk for privacy and made it look really cool, just a suggestion. So once again if anyone has any tips on how to make this bed less wobbly this anxious single mom would greatly appreciate it.

    Disappointed
    This bed arrived damaged. The packaging was not sufficient to protect the metal inside from damage. We spent 2 hours assembling it thinking we could just get a replacement rail from the company. After several emails with their customer service we were told they dont have replacement parts for the rail as those are not usually damaged. They were unable to order just that part for us so they recommend we return the bed to Walmart. No compensation for our time or inconvenience. I would not buy this bunk bed again.

    Simple, sleek, & exactly what you would want
    For those of you curious if the guard rails on the top bunk can in fact be removed and are in no way a hindrance to the support beams. It's really easy to put together and can be done by one person if desired. Pain free installation if you are familiar with handy work.
