Amazing deal!!!
Well, we purchased this bed because it was at a great price and it seemed to be a very sturdy bed. We did the site to store deal and it was a breeze. We placed the order on 2/1/10. The first piece (Futon mattress)arrived on 2/8/10 and the other 2 (twin mattress and bed)on 2/11/10 and 2/12/10. So, it was a lot faster than they tell you. Putting it together is a breeze as well, as long as you follow the instructions. I would highly recommend taking the screws and laying them out somewhere and labeling them as they are in the box they come in. We got them mixed up and had to guess which ones we were supposed to use. But that was our fault. Its pretty simple to put together however but it will take you between 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. The frame is very sturdy. I am amazed, considering the price for this bed. So far so good. We'll see how it holds up. Oh yeah, and the box weighs 150lbs. So, take someone with you.

the metal piece that helps the futon fold up is made of cheap metal and started to bend(bow out) into the side of the panel and has ruined the "headboards" it won't even fold into a futon now. so bummed we have to take it all apart and send back. Junk! we had it for maybe a month.

    unable to get a good solution to broken parts
    it came with two broken parts. They couldn't replace them for approximately 6 months. I need it for guests during the Christmas holidays. Neither the company nor Walmart could help me with my dilemma. my only undesirable solution was to order another one (an extra charge on my card for the holidays). Use those parts and return the damaged bed. it was not an easy process and to have to wait for the credit back, another long wait. I'm not happy at all, bad situation for the holidays! Now I just hope it stands up to time and my money gets refunded very soon.

    Great bed for 9 year old!
    My son loves his new bed. It is much more sturdy than his last loft bed and taller too. The ladder is straight up so he struggles a little bit going down but he is getting the hang of it. It's easy to put together but you definitely need 2 people. You can easily change the futon to a bed underneath which is great for if my son has a friend over or family stay the night. I definitely recommend!

    Great product for the outside! well made!
    This is a very nice bunk bed futon. We bought for our guest room, and it's perfect. Directions are easy to follow and we had no problem putting this together. Very good value for the money!!

    The color was suppose to be white and it is more of an ivory color and there is a big chip in the paint which was there when we opened the box. There were so many issues with this entire order I'm not even going to bother trying to get a replacement piece.

    Nice product
    I was a little nervous buying this product because many other reviews expressed dislikes and a problem with the stability of the bed. It did take my husband a while to put it together (about 6 hours) because it comes literally piece by piece but we had all the parts. After completion the bed was nice and sturdy. We did not have squeaking sound. It is working well for our 6 year old.

    Its Cream, Not White
    This bed is not white, its a cream color and clashes with the white furniture I purchased else where, to go with it. You can see on the photo the contrast of colors. My door is white

    Definitely takes two people to assemble the instructions are pretty vague but once you get the understanding , pretty easy the sturdiness of it is questionable very shaky other than that is a pretty good futon bunk bed for the price seems like if taking care of it will last a long time it is a lot different from the one I had when I was a child very similar I just do not remember my bunkbed being so shaky. My son loves it. Its put together very good. I would recommend this bad. Just be prepared for it to be very shaky.

    Good, strong and sturdy. You get what you see. Simple, plain and strong. A little difficult folding it from bed to couch but it's probably because it's still new.
