Sensor works well, Here's wiring diagram.
I bought a similar device: the TOYFUNNY Outdoor DC 12V Automatic Infrared PIR Motion Sensor Switch for LED Light. The wiring diagram (after crossing my fingers) is BLUE=GND, BROWN= 12VDC SENS INPUT PWR and RED= 12VDC OUTPUT SWITCHED; so just tie your load NEG to BLUE WIRE also.
